So, degus are of the genus Octogon.
Speaking of which, no success last night against the Runelord in Octogon Travel Arrangements. He's got a ridiculous amount of health that I managed to whittle down in a 40 minute battle, but he became unmanageable at the end. Now that I know his little ways I can be less gung-ho in my approach and try and prepare properly. Amulets and skills need tweaking. So far all the chapter 4 mooks have been a pushover, but the bosses are super tough.

Degus! Adorbs. lovely stuff. Its good, even though its basically just a big mouse.
Games - Warframe switch. Its a technical marvel and the game is perfect for the feeble minded, requiring little or no attention to what is going on and just running around making a halfhearted attempt to get those enemies. Perfect chatter box fodder.
Also Pokemon Lets Go, top stuff. Again perfect for the simple/feeble minded. Completely obliterated a gym with little to no effort.
It seems like Battlefield 2 or 5 or VI or whatever it is has come out? Did anyone actually buy it? I've seen literally no pump for it. negative pump. deflation?

Afternoon, I is back with another update on the dog, games, and OTTM.
Dog - he has a hormone deficiency that means his pee leaks so now both he and I are on hormone replacement medication for the rest of our short lives (mine's thyroid stuff). Games - having finished the story of God of Worv (and my, what a ride that was), I am attempting to get the platinum. Last night I summarily cheesed the second Niflheim realm tear by endlessly circling the Nightmares and Revenants with my shield up, having the boy shoot the Nightmares so they couldn't disable him, and then once the Nightmares were temporarily absent (they infinitely respawn from Revenant magicks) having him shoot the Reventans themselves, occasionally using both my and his special (his being Wolf Attack Max, mine being time distort to get off a well-aimed axe throw at one of the buggers). Took about twenty minutes but they eventually went down. Worst fight in the game so far, although I appear to be under-levelled for this one.
OTTM - Christmas is coming.

Yep about right. Degu as a pet? We have kakwa here which are a bit like them but they eat your tires on your vehicle (true story).Also not a pet.

I’m disappointed that sperm whales and honey badgers don’t make that list.
I also imagine that a fossa would make an excellent poor voice of pet; cute, agile and pretty much a dead cert to eat your face whilst you sleep.
