Games: Civ V. I defeated the Spanish. Instead of rejoicing in my victory my people became deeply unhappy.
Other: instead of unleashing my anger, about the millenials technical and professional issues, I've decided on a different approach.
To engage on a more personal level, and establish a rapport, I'll attempt some chat about games and other things that matter.

Morning boxers, quick games chat query - what's the best football (not football management) game for the Xbox 360. Present for my brother-in-law for Christmas.
Other stuff that matters: Yesterday was Xmas curry and BDT with friends. Ouch my poor head. On the upside the dog got to see some actual real snow this morning in sunny Birmingham.

Actually scrap my advice above, just realised PES 2018 had an xbox 360 release, so get that ahead of FIFA. Even PES 2017 was loads better than any version of FIFA.

Morning all. Today is my work Christmas do, people meeting up in Brighton at 1pm.
Me? I'm working from home to mitigate the whole "not losing my laptop" thing.
Has everything gone wrong overnight and needs fixing? You bet. And who has to fix it all and will probably not make the 1pm start?

Morning!
Now in Spring year 2 in Stardew. Progressing nicely, have goats, chickens, ducks and a void chicken, just farming (no pun intended) wood for pigs now, rabbits can wait. I'm starting to think choosing the mineral farm was a bad move though, there isn't enough space to make pretty crop patterns. On the 'friendship' front I now have a minimum of 5 hearts with 10 villagers and I'm about to marry Maru. I've only just noticed how many innuendos are slipped into the script too. The locals are filthy!
In other news, anyone else seen that FromSoftware have teased their latest release? Not much in the trailer mind.

Five a side last night, we won without a keeper and no subs so was quite pleased. Then a bit of BDT in the pub.
So came back here and for abit lairy, think shenguins last post of the day summed it up nicely. Stop moaning oldies.

Whilst romancing Maru she offered me into her bedroom to 'tinker with her gadgets'. Leah also suggested I should frequent her home to 'keep her warm' during winter. There were a few more that I can't recall off the top of my head. |
