Didn't you say it was a female that broke the window etc?
There's your problem - "They always get their man..." - they're not set up for dealing with the laydees.

Has Toolio gone a bit Wolfy? Kevin Francis is a Mountie. I think toolio has always had a bit of Wolfy in him. His daily summaries are getting stranger and more off key. Never change toolio.

Hello all.
I've been for a walk around Sheffield Park this morning. Now back home for a bite to eat.
I for one am glad toolio, a man who clearly favours the company of woodland animals, chooses to spend his time with us. What that says about us is another matter entirely.

He's probably looking in the wrong place, unless Tent Hen is willing to help.
What I'm saying is, you're all junkfood and beer addled sunshine-dodging 7-stone feeble-minded weaklings who barely have the muscle strength to use a controller or keyboard. Except me, and I'm not nice enough to help.

Hello all.
Got up early this morning to head to Liverpool
What was supposed to be a weekend of drinking with my cousins has turned into a quiet Sunday dinner with my aunts.
That’s two bottles of whiskey that I brought as a gift wasted. When I say wasted, I mean I won’t get to drink.
At least I got some quality time with the Switch on the train up.

What’s the etiquette on resetting someone else’s TV who’s got their motion flow settings wrong?

What’s the etiquette on resetting someone else’s TV who’s got their motion flow settings wrong? Do it, then berate them for getting it wrong on the first place.

I'm not sure how I can help Toolio, unless I join the RCMP. I'm happy to do that, whether they'd want me is a different question. Quiet Sunday afternoon, playing Octodad Travel Ban, stroking the cat at the risk of getting occasionally sneezed on by her. Cat is being difficult by refusing food again although she's clearly hungry. Idiotic animal. Egg baguette for lunch. At the Other Place Simon Parkin is doing his independent games thing for the Observer. www.theguardian.com/games/2019/jan/06/bandersnatch-black-mirror-review-best-games-of-2019He included Untitled Goose Game in his list of anticipated games of 2019! Sorry Keza, but this guy gets it.

Untitled Goose Game looks absolutely amazing. GOTY 2019 written all over it.
I've started cooking my roast chicken. It has been sat in buttermilk overnight*. And the potatoes have just gone in the oven too.
*but I had to change the process. Coop used to sell a roast-in-a-bag bird that was perfect - you'd gently open the bag and fill it to the brim with the buttermilk, and it would keep the entire chicken completely immersed. But they don't sell that anymore, so I had to sit the chicken in a big pan that had to have water added to it to ensure the chicken was covered. I'm hoping this does not diminish the effect it gives.

Barnet ko Shunited, shock of the round. Oldham give the Cottagers (Def: Cottagers, one of the levels of serfdom in feudal societies) the boot, so Fulham can concentrate on propping up the Premier League.
The Gooners got through yesterday, but I remain convinced that my team's enormous, unwarranted sense of entitlement is only matched by the porosity of the defence (gruyere is the cheese for fondue and Xhaka the Hacker is our defence's equivalent - a red card waiting to happen). Still, it could be worse, my team could be the Boro...

Any non-essential ones, could you use them to chase off 6 year-old girls?

tenthenemy what accessories to you have to go with your switch, any essential? Really only four that get regular use: - Pro-Controller. I got it right at the beginning when I wasn't sure whether I would like the Joy-Cons. It turned out that I like the Joy-Cons a lot, but it's very subjective. Although it's nice being able to just grab a controller to switch the thing on while it's docked. - a soft case for carrying the Switch, game cartridges (got a lot of physical) and any cables around. - a Bluetooth adapter for using wireless headphones. The Switch doesn't have built-in Bluetooth. There's now a new clever dongle by a company called Gulikit (harr, harr) that draws power from the Switch but the one I've got is cheap and does the trick, just needs regular charging. - extra micro SD card. They are fortunately now quite cheap, because the system memory only gets you so far. Of course one could constantly re-download stuff, but who wants that? I also got a foldable stand that allows charging the Switch at the bottom that I got thrown in for free with some other order, but I haven't used it at all. When I'm on the go I always play with Joy-Cons attached. Edit: I only just remembered that the case came with a screen protector as well.

Any non-essential ones, could you use them to chase off 6 year-old girls? I doubt it. On the contrary, you show Splatoon to any 6 year-old, you'll be lucky to get your Switch back.

Thank you very much, already ordered, arriving tomorrow, I added the SD card, I don't have wireless head phones so that's not an issue, I'm looking at the Pro-controller for later, how long do the joy-cons last? So that's at least 3 of us that will be travelling through the Octopus Garden, any tips on that?
