No mate, yesterday was my Friday. Shenguin that poster is likely one for the Famous Five ... and Admin has a 'special' friend* in the Five. Here in the Afterbox Arms it's said they always gets their, err, seal... *Timmy: Admin's a straight shooter!

It's half term. Home with the child. Outside it's blowing a gale and pissing down.
Probably some overcooked & MarioKart later. She's a bit young for The Division beta. Talking of which...
It's good. Maybe only played an hour as I had to help a pal in GTA. More tonight though. Need to switch off the parkour option. Keep trying to hide behind things and accidentally vaulting over into trouble.
Friday eh.

ShenguinAll this cycling you are doing - what is your lycra loadout? Full Froome? Bicycle clips and briar pipe? cobblers style hi-vis smock? Paint us a picture.

I can see Shenguin in full Froome with the yellow sky vest and everything, getting in furious races with strangers on his morning ride to work.

crankcaller tell me more! I know you didn't really play much of the first one.. so do you think you'll be picking this up? What's the gameplay like?

BMX. Red skull and crossbones bandana. Playing card and peg on the rear wheel. Streamers from end of handle bars. Screaming abuse at pedestrians.

This is how I imagine Shenguin cycling to work.

You're all being far too generous.
Shenguin has an electric bike, he probably doesn't even pedal, just zooms around drinking a bottle of wine and shouting. Bernard Black on 2 wheels.
I do want one though. And my poor old road bike has seen better days.. but my current commute doesn't really make it worth while, only about half hour/ 4 miles each way

I wonder if 'Kane' has survived the tinned haggis. I did read that right, didn't I? Tinned Haggis...

White House is the base of ops. New tech (to me anyway - perhaps later in div1?) Such as different class of turrets - sniper ones as well as normal ones. Drones you can explode etc. I probably won't get at launch but yeah I'll probably grab when a wee but cheaper.

I'm about to take my car back to the garage, and then cycle home.
I never cycle in lycra. Depending on the weather, I wear either cargo shorts, jeans or walking trousers. On the top half, I usually go for an ethically produced cotton t-shirt or a merino baselayer t-shirt (produced without mulesing from an ethical company like Finisterre) and a shirt or waterproof jacket as required. I have been known to cycle wearing my tweed jacket. I usually complete the outfit with my M&S trainers.
I can't really do the playing card on the rear wheel thing, as my wheels are alloys rather than steel spokes. It's an electrical assist bike, so I generally gently peddle past other cyclists with minimum fuss and maximum speed. I do scream abuse at pedestrians.
Edit: @cloggiesmalla is definitely closest to the truth.

I do want one though. And my poor old road bike has seen better days.. but my current commute doesn't really make it worth while, only about half hour/ 4 miles each way I love mine. I am basically too lazy to cycle very far on a normal bike. It's 14 miles to work for me, and I just wouldn't have ever considered cycling without an electric bike. Now I have one, I often use it, and really enjoy it.

I am on a train to London. In the next carriage is a hen party, nailing cocktails and all wearing signed Dundee Utd tops. They are between me and the buffet car. But I really want coffee. I'm sure one of the ancient philosophers wrote a riddle based on this kind of conundrum.

It's not a riddle, it's Sun Tzu's Art of War you're thinking of. He advised you to strip off and go to the buffet car naked, and to kiss the fattest woman full on the lips on your way (but only if she's indicating consent, obviously. It's 2018 ffs.)

I remember going to breakfast at around 10 am and people were necking glasses of wine.

Now I have one, I often use it, and really enjoy it. Yeah that's not really manageable on a normal bike. 28 miles a day is extreme, it would definitely take the fun out of it for me. I think it would be perfect for that distance commute and it probably pays for itself quite quickly if you'd be driving otherwise. I'm sure you've told me before but what bike do you have? I've only ever really looked at the van moof. Targeted squarely at rich Millenials on my Facebook page. I think it's Dom who has that incredible Harley type machine?

Games - I came second in an Apex Legends match. Of course I didn't make any kills and barely did any damage to anyone, but I feel like it was well earned. Its a good game, the encounters feel like they last a bit longer before you get obliterated than in COD BLOPS BLACKOUT where you often just get banged before you know what's happening.
OTTM - the outlaws clock ticks forever upwards, probably staying for most of next week too. Perhaps the twist is that we've been living in their house all along and we are the ones that will be kicked out next week.
