Greetings, snowflakes.
Yesterday I got a phone call telling me that the planned family visit has to be postponed because one granddaughter and 75% of her reception class had been busy vomiting all night. Norovirus again. Poor thing, and worried about the rest of the family.
Otherwise I was doing some data management with my SD cards, swapping things round and stuff. I also downloaded my anticipated Glass Masquerade, switched off the hints and finished my first puzzles - France (the starter puzzle), Britain, Germany and Italy. I had envisaged this game as something of a palate cleanser between frustrating bouts of Dark Souls and the like, but it's actually easy to binge on. Just one more, they are only so small...

Apology accepted; until this lot, I used to moan if I had a paper cut. But serious advice, do not take ibuprofen* it will damage your damned stomach lining eventually and if you have any problems further along the alimentary canal then don't - paracetamol is a lot safer *I like your spelling technique - is it the Scrabble® one? Put the approximate spelling on the rack and chuck it in the air and see how it lands? Ibuprofen on a long term basis should only be taken with Omeprazole or another stomach/gastric medication, that or coffee! So says Dr. Nick :-  |

crankcaller have you got it on automatic renewal? as a general rule it's always good to let it run out. All year you can get usually around £10 off from other sites. Black Friday etc. Can sometimes knock this down by £15/20

Also, I mentioned the other day I had started The Bioshock collection and that I had played the first one only on Ps3 years ago. Well, thanks to the wonders of modern technology, my PS trophy page tells me I actually played it in January 2009. I'm wasting my life. Cool story, bro. Wasting? |

Afternoon! Last night I tried the wine/wine diet and feel pretty good after 3 coffees and one Chelsea bun. Now I am heading for Cambridge where I will switch to the beer/beer protocol in order to compare the results. Obviously the higher latitude may invalidate the comparison.
