I'm making pork vindaloo. Well I've got the pork fillet marinating in molten lava (vinegar, spices and chillies) until I can be bothered to remove myself from my deck chair.
I'm also trying to hold off opening an ice cold beer until a bit later. It's what Jesus would've wanted.

I'm making pork vindaloo. Food: Burgers coated with cracked black pepper and mixed herbs on a watercress, spinach and rocket leaves base - buttered new potatoes cut in half and greens with a pinch of white sugar, plus a Belgian chocolate roll. I've added green grapes to the leaves, plus fresh coffee. Question: should I add onion to the burger? Weather brilliant, windows open slight breeze - joy! |

Fish curry is fantastic. I have started making a chilli pickle and it’s out in the sun now doing its stuff.
I managed one game of PUBG today and came 7th and killed no one.
The boy did another poo in the bath though.

I'm sipping coffee at my local Balti restaurant while I'm waiting for my takeaway order. Getting busy. It is not only what Jesus would have wanted but it also carries the Easter bunny's stamp of approval.
And yes, one of our party is having a fish curry with kakri. We are not polite society.

I don't believe 90% of nu-blog posters "get" the fish curry reference.
I've just been for a wonderful walk across the Tye and back along the cliff top. The tide was out, and plenty of people were down on the beach. Superb evening for it.
