This otter chat is very disrespectful to the memory of Nutkins.

That there EDF:AI is rich and compelling. A 3rd person shooter of the highest order, Chumbles would hate it. Real reflex stuff, no brains required - which is handy. I see that Shenguin has been posting pictures of last night on his facecock account:-

Beer me. I think I'm allergic to sleep, I always awake tired and hungover. Perhaps you're not drinking enough before bed? At the risk of repeating myself... TV. Line of Duty S2. One more to go. Games. The Division. Mooched about killing folk and a couple of side missions/events. Level 27. Still got too much stuff. Need to sort my loadout. Currently making soup.

Sun; yes. Garden; yes. Drink; coffee now but when is acceptable to start on beer? morning; late to bed late to rise, (3:30am-10:45am) Brain; fuzzy as hell Sun and cloud; yes not out doors;yes drink; second double mug of fresh coffee and weekend drinking should start when you feel inclined but start small and don't forget to eat. watched the Netflix film Revolt yesterday, a little slow but a good film, definitely leaves you wanting a second one. re-watched John Wick 1 & 2, still brilliant. more coffee needed.

Hello all.
I have been to a National Trust property this morning. The return trip was all sorts of rubbish, some seriously bad driving* on display.
Filmblog - The Wandering Earth. Chinese sci-fi blockbuster where the Earth is propelled out of the solar system so that it doesn't get burnt by the sun. Incredible CG, but the story and pace are all over the shop (much like my face). 4*
TVblog - more of The War. D-Day, and they've just got stuck in the Normandy bockage.
*Mine was fine, by the way.

Your face is the Normamdy bockage. Edit 1: I assume the spelling is to make damn sure it looks and sounds like a good Anglo-Saxon word, rather than some effete frenchism. Edit 2: though, googling bockage, just to make sure it isn't a word* and Amipal was at fault, not me, led somehow to reading the Wiktionary entry for malaphors. I particularly like "stop pissing on my thunder". en.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/malaphor*It's not, even if some wrong-headedly try to make a purposeless portmanteau of box and package.

Kids parties, car accidents with farage or reading all this again? Beer and sun have been a success so any good RTS to play?

It's a nerf gun party. Apparently I shouldn't have told the child to unload a clip in the face of anyone who shoots you.

Of course, I meant "bocage" - I simply did not look up the proper spelling prior to constructing my post. I am the worst.

Surely the tactics were to have a large superiority in men and tanks, complete domination of the air and to bomb the shit out of any French towns that looked like they might be be in the way.
