TVblog - I went through two more episodes of series one of TNG last night. One of them was incredibly dated; an African-style culture who are surprised at woman security chief, and also featured a fight to the death. 4*

Okay gourmets, got any decent Lemon Sole recipes? don’t muck about with it. Scrape the scales, a few decent cuts across the top/flank/whatever the hell it is on a sole, grill it with a bit of butter, salt, pepper and if you absolutely must, a sprig of rosemary. Serve with jersey royals and samphire. I’d recommend a picpoul to go with that. |

Okay gourmets, got any decent Lemon Sole recipes? Lightly grilled and served with parsley sauce: Melt a large knob of butter, add a tablespoon of flour and mix well, remove from heat, add a pint of milk and heat gently for 10 minutes. Add tablespoon of cream, lots of finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, lemon juice and serve over lightly grilled lemon sole. Then chuck it in the bin and have a nice steak instead. |
