Dinner was fantastic, highly recommend, I basically halved most things but my advice for 2 people would be:
200g Pork Mince
2 x Sausages
125g pasta
do what you want with the spicing though the fennel seeds really work and don't skimp on the salsa.
There is far more liquid at the end than the picture we used a slotted spoon to serve.
