I cannot think of a way to use emmental. You must make shit fondues then. We'll all be eating shit after 31 October. It makes senses to roadtest a few recipes early doors. Fondue may well be one of the more palatable dishes. And being Swiss it is not tainted by the EUSSR. |

I have spent the day at a chilli festival. I drank all the cider and ate all the food. I also got soaked in the rain, and quite badly sunburnt.

As is usually the case this time of year lots of seasonal junkies are littering the Sheffield city centre, either prone on the pavement nodding out or being overly enthusiastic in engaging the public for funds. Of course most will be gone when the first frosts come in.

Has the cheese punnery run its course? Is it safe to come out now? Very, very caerphilly?
Had the sushi "box of the month' for lunch. Not bad for almost ten day old sushi.
Ganes: played DQB2 until I had square eyes and found some gold nuggets. The search for gold keeps directing me to the same seam, so I need to go further afield where the seams are less samey.
I, too, would like to acquire Pillars of Eternity for the Switch, but DQB2 seems to be one of said pillars that lasts an eternity and doesn't leave time for other games.
OTTM: no power cut but on-and-off heavy rain.
