Now that Pyjakson is alive, everyone else is dead? Or they just left, which is a reasonable reaction I guess.

Is this place working today?
Couldn't access for much of yesterday. I'm sure I missed some crucial information that will go into chatterbox lore as a new thing.
Hello all. Day three of our two weeks off, and the boy has a cold. That's pretty much scuppered our plans for this week. Oh well.
TVblog - finished The Expanse*. Bloody brilliant, and kept very close to the books too.
Photoblog- it's been a while since I've chatted about photography. Well, I've been busy working through my Duxford Flying Legend shots. And now, they're finally done. Just got to upload them and properly title them. Only taken me over a month...
*your face is an expanse.

Cricket looks like it may be a wash out today.
Rain and drizzle round these parts and today is my Thursday. Still watching Orange is the New Black, lots of Lesbian stuff. There is a big NMS update today which I will hopefully get the chance to download later.
I have not drunk alcohol since Saturday, which is terrible.

Springbank 10 year old since you ask. While reading a book about cricket and listening to The Flaming Lips and The War On Drugs.

Anyone else notice Julián Castro sounding Scottish at the end of his trump ad?

I notice Sheggersdoesnotplaypopveryloudly tried to be the voice of reason. I am not certain that it went that well. An interesting experiment.

Bad neighbours chat. Before our current place, we lived in a old house divided into upstairs and downstairs flats, and when we moved in the downstairs people very solicitously and apologetically explained that their son was learning drums but assured us he was only allowed to practice from 630 till 7 each day. Thus reassured that we had such considerate neighbours, we then had to endure 3 years of the parents getting hammered and pumping loud music through the floors starting about 11pm at least 3 times a week, often followed by massive screaming arguments. The one time we asked them to turn it down we got one of their friends screaming obscenities in our faces. Apart from that they were quite friendly. On a whim I just googled the name of the son, and it seems he's recently been in court for brandishing an axe at someone. This is one of the most middle class suburbs in the whole of the region (admittedly, the region is Fife).

King's mouth.
I am not living in 1999.
It seemed to have tunes rather than odd noises, which is by no means a given.

Wee Cooper brandishing an axe is not significantly scarier than an unarmed Wee Cooper.

It seems I went to the pub, came home, and tried to experiment with being reasonable on the internet. I'm not sure I did very well.

The Edinburgh Fringe is in full swing but the best comedy in Scotland was in Glasgow last night.
That news Cheered me up after coming out of Apocalypse Now, which was heavy going.

So that's what Shenguin's like when he's being reasonable, not sure I like it.

Billy O'Mrani got Cluj's 2nd and 3rd goals. I don't want to come over all sectarian, but that sounds like a sash-wearing orange name to me.
