The Edinburgh Fringe is in full swing but the best comedy in Scotland was in Glasgow last night. That news Cheered me up after coming out of Apocalypse Now, which was heavy going. Apocalypse Now is top 5 GOAT. I saw the redux version at the cinema. Over 3 hours long. |

Apocalypse Now is top 5 GOAT. I saw the redux version at the cinema. Over 3 hours long. Yeah, this 'final cut' got rid of about 20 minutes from the redux and still clocked in at 3 hours. I'm not a fan of war films, but it was good. |

Weather: rain, steady, sometimes strong.
Tv: more Killing Eve. So far I'm liking it, wasn't there a terrible backlash against the second series?
Ganes: still glued to DQB2. I now have diamonds. I have in the past pointed out that I'm not good with lava levels, so I fell into the soup several times before I was able to find my way around. Fortunately the stuff drains my health unrealistically slowly, so it was all good.
I messed up my first attempt at the mini medal puzzle when I jumped out of the mine cart in midair, fortunately I was able to whip out a workbench and put a new cart together.

Apex Legends solo mode is a bit meh. It's not much fun without competent teammates to help you survive. Good fun for those who like skulking in the undergrowth before getting shotgunned in a chance encounter.

Games - Pillars of Eternity, found a third member for my party and got a bit cocky exploring a temple, only to get rekt by some apparitions. Top wiggle. Also som COD BLOPS OPS 4 BLACKOUT, where I continue to be a hinderance to the assigned quad of four. People don't seem to understand that dropping where everyone else is, or dropping in 4 disparate regions of the map, is a bad idea. This country.
Hopefully Hpilip Gammdon will save us from the Brexit. Boris claiming he wants a deal but other forces are running things?! I thought that was the at the primed mindset did?

Games: Hello Games, downloaded the NMS update and loaded an old save. Headed into space and summoned the Space Anomaly.
Visited the Space Anomaly, got out of my ship and....the game crashed.
Reloaded the game and was back in the Space Anomaly. Ran around in circles for a bit trying to remember the controls...
The game froze.
Switched off PS4.

Surely it depends how big the woman is? It is a picture to allegedly illustrate it. However it shows a clear height difference. If you describe something as human sized it shouldn't be 5-10% shorter than the height of the shorter gender. That is not quite human sized, rather than human sized. |

On average, women humans are a little bit shorter than men humans, if that helps? One of the experts is Paul Schofield, whom I'm pretty certain is either an actor or a gophers specialist. The article has other errors; it suggests that the dinosaurs died out, when in fact many of them survived and there are still dinosaur species around today.  |
