Nintendo direct: I decided to give it a watch, wish I hadn't. 40 minutes was very padded out. The big reveal was a remaster from 2012 and the Pokémon "4 new things" trailer, was almost too hilarious for words. What are you talking about?! Curry Simulator ftw! My only regret is that Untitled Goose Game didn't feature, but I suppose they were worried that it might overshadow Pokémon. |

It's all a bit dangerous once you leave the great plateau. Big lads all over the place. When does link get an AR-15? My progress has been very slow since leaving the great plateau. Couldn't go into the desert because it was too hot, couldn't go into the mountains because it was too cold. There's a tower to the north, but the big laser lads shot me up. |

Bravest thing Shenguin has ever done?
He protected me from two threatening Coventry fans a few years ago. Almost 20 years ago, so Shenguin was in his early 20s at the time.
There are some very rough 10 year olds in Coventry.

Mornin' Macho: 1) passing my 5 mile swimming certificate age 12 (equal to 2 miles open water) 2) running mini marathons age 12 3) completing 40 km run under 3 hrs 30 mins in an 80 deg. temperature and swam with Barracuda (Bahamas 1984) 4) 24 years Martial Arts, 2nd Dan Judo fully certified Instructor, 1st Dan Goshin Jitsu ( both traditional), 3rd Kyu Green sash Tai Chi Chuan Yang style western style (Tai Yi Quan). 5) assisted in saving a infants life who was suffocating . 6) cycled to Portsmouth (bike broke when I arrived) 7) Boasted my achievements on Chatterbox and boosted Shenguins self confidence 8) removed a splinter the size of the Eiffel tower from my finger without crying once Being struck: Random skinhead passing by decided to head butt me for no reason and then buggered off muttering. I also got plastered whilst on meds and face planted myself into a brick wall, threw up and collapsed when I got home and covered the bathroom in blood. (it looked like a horror movie)! |

I think it’s coming out in October. I might of just made that up though Anyway, best direct of all time? The greatest GOTY ever made, Deadly premonition on Switch? And a sueqeil? And divinity 2! Same day as the light switch and Link's Awakening. No doubt it will sell plenty of new consoles, but Nintendo should have maybe considered postponing the Zelda game. I already own Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE and I've never touched it. At least I've started Xenoblade Chronicles. I don't appreciate Nintendo engaging in backloggery shaming again. (But I will be happy to have a spruced up XC.) Also stoked for Divinity 2 and Trials of Mana Remake (nice to see more of it, even if it had already been announced). Favourite announcement personally? Obra Dinn! Also loved Sakurai telling everyone to go and play Xbox in a Nintendo broadcast. Agree on the "curry on rice" wording, but I've seen some United Statesians getting deliciously confused about the whole thing. Also, toast curry and sausage curry. This needs to be real. |
