My cold is still happening with a sore throat.
Divisioning. Control points and one side mission. My pals ps+ has ran out till Fri so I'll try and dump all the stuff and sort my gearset / guns tonight.
Watched another episode of that cctv thing with the OG hellboy.

Chilly out there this morning, it's jumpers over shirts with a light jacket now. Won't be long before the big coats comes out.
Just some NMS and Mindhunter last night.
I have not had a cold for ages.

crankcaller: I hope you shift your cold... small people are magnets for such and you need to take cod liver oil capsules. And, ahem, booze is something of an immuno-suppressant so if you're going to have a few a regular baseline of Ω3 is a good idea. I haven't had a cold in 5-6 years, although my body has picked up a vast array of conditions that require 21 tablets of 10 different types a day ... it used to be 30-31 of 12 different types but I decided to live with increased pain rather than take massive doses of Tramadol and the concomitant Laxido... I'm not any kind of hero; I'm far more terrified of the chronic constipation that accompanies opiates in quantity ... I'll spare you the details but suppositories were involved on several occasions and you wonder whether you've done yourself permanent damage - it bloody well feels like it!

My pal with lupus takes massive doses of ibuprofen and or tramadol when his joints swell up for the pain. His preference is for weed/hash instead which unfortunately he can't get from the Doctor and can't afford to buy regularly. He hates the tramadol and is last resort stuff.
He did get some weed gifted recently from someone I know who confiscated a tub from a teenage child.

couldn't he just avoid full moons instead? It's sunshine not moonlight that's a trigger for him. More vampire than werewolf. He gets factor 50 on prescription. He's lucky in some respects that he lives in the West of Scotland. |
