OTTM. So Sony are punting ps now again with a lower price. Don't have an issue with that. It's a good deal if you like that sort of thing. What I did read though - From the small print:
"Grand Theft Auto V, God of War, Uncharted: A Thief's End and inFamous Second Son available until 2nd January 2020."
Those games feature heavily in the adverts. Not available in three months time but they'll sell you a years upfront? Fucks sake.

I'm experimented with turning off the ad blocker on this place, I do feel vaguely guilty for using pro boards resources as a freeloader. Then agin I'm a big draw for this place and bring in plenty of user engagement. Its why the guardian still let me post without putting me in pre-mod occasionally.

I'm getting gambling and derivative trading ads. Difficult to tell which is which. One is very flashy and colourful, the other one carries a warning that " 70% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money". This is probably their way of saying " When the fun stops, stop". The ads are not so much an issue as redirects, which can be stopped by using a different browser (Firefox is working well for me). I've learnt through the latest sweet amipal content (ad free!) that you are a Mac man! |

No joke, the Fortnum & Mason ads were insufferable after I clicked on a link for a particularly expensive caviar in a humorous Guardian lifestyle article. These people are desperate. |

I've got a 2009 mbp that's a bit like triggers broom. When it dies I won't be able to justify replacing it. Too much money. Wouldn't be if they were still as upgradeable. Running a shady unsupported version of high Sierra.
