It depends on what you're doing. If eating out anywhere nice it has to be a shirt, but if pub, cinema or bowling etc...then polo is fine. Remember to nail the footwear. Yeah it's shirt definitely now, nice thai restaurant.

Has anyone here had the "be nice to my daughter or else" speech from the dad? I've never had it myself, but one of friends did when he first met his misses. I too, one day hope to threaten a young suitor accordingly. Think that would end the relationship for me unless said daughter put her twat dad back in his place, the 1800s to be precise.

San Pellegrino lemon is now shite. They've "improved" the recipe by reducing sugar and adding sweetners. Also see Irn-Bru

My favourite pop will always be Waldmeisterbrause ( sweet woodruff lemonade). Problem is that sweet woodruff is slightly toxic as it contains coumarin. In 1974 this prompted the German authorities to restrict the amount of sweet woodruff flavouring in fizzy drinks. This is a pity, as I like living on the edge when it comes to tasty soda pop. There are now only a few companies specialising in the drink, such as Mr. Meister, but it's difficult to get my Waldmeister fix in this country. The things I put up with just to be with you. Another favourite I can't get easily is Almdudler. Irn Bru Fentimans Sparkling Elderflower. Or Raspberry. I can't decide. San Pellegrino Blood Orange Least favourite: American root beer, aka carbonated cough syrup. Bleurgh.

I wanted to include Piraat as that includes all the nutrients a man needs for a healthy diet for a week in one small glass, but it is difficult to categorise it as a soft drink rather than an assault on the liver.

A friend of mine had it done a while ago as well but the whole thing remains reasonably disconcerting. I mean, Blair had it done, and look how that turned out.

Tachycardia ablation. The surgeons can do them in their sleep. *
* However they do have a higher success rate when they're awake.
