My aunt had a stent fitted 3 -4 years ago.
Phoned up from the hospital at 9.30. Said she'd had a mild heart attack and was having a stent fitted that day. Bit disconcerting first thing.*
It all went very well. She's been ill since then, but not to do with the heart.
* for me. I expect it was for her as well.

The Blizzard one is terrible, two innocent players banned and the show’s presenters are in trouble too. As for the offending player himself he did sign up to an agreement to basically not do what he did so I have a little less sympathy but I still hope his career isn’t impacted too much.

Well, the report is not quite accurate as far as the two "innocent players" are concerned. My Mandarin is a bit rusty, but apparently the two casters encouraged the player to speak out, "say the eight words and we'll end the interview", before diving under the desk. As for the player himself, he did agree not to do anything that would bring him into public disrepute, offend a portion or group of the public, or otherwise damage Blizzard's image. I'd say that by calling for the liberation of his home country he's not brought himself into disrepute and he hasn't offended anyone. As for the question whether he's damaged Blizzard's image, they seem to be quite capable of doing that without his help. |

I reckon £499 as long as the pound doesn't do anything too daft before then. It will be decent value at the point of release but will be an outdated chunk of plastic two years later as CPUs and GPUs move on a further generation bearing in mind the Ryzen 3rd gen (which is out now) is being used and even then Sony will have to underclock it to make everything work nicely together. |
