I finally feel better.
No games and a Keanu Reeves film on Netflix called Replicas which was OK.
I had a nightmare getting home last night and ended paying £7 for a taxi home from town as none of the buses showed up.

I've got some new earphones that don't actually go in your ears - they sort of sit on your sideburns area and the music beams into your noggin. I'll be honest, I think it might be some kind of witchcraft.

The Gladiators article at the other place has got me all nostalgic. A quick youtube search turns up a two and a half hour long video entitled "Gladiators: The Very Best Of 'Wolf' - Bad Behaviour, Yellow And Red Cards And More! Part 1"... What sort of one-off man mental spends their time putting something like that together?

I am stupidly tired today. Stupidly tired. How? Why? I do not know.
TVblog - Bake Off and TNG. In the latter, Bev got stuck in a warp-bubble.
Amigablog - moved map-averaging routine into a statement so that parameters can be passed to it. And now I have a terrain-generator working nicely! Next step is to put in some beautifying-tiles, so that edges aren't just blocks.

Of course he wasn't happy at being spotted. It's more difficult to be alone in company.
Also I'm pretty sure Keston is more than 2 hours from Middlesbrough, so he would be drastically homesick anyway

I read some books instead of playing games lately, Children of Time and its sequel Children of Ruin by Adrian Tchaikovsky.
I read the second one first and the first one second by accident but they were pretty good in that order too.
Am currently reading Fall; or, Dodge in Hell by Neal stephenson which seems to be a loose sequel to Reamde.
Its in the inevitable 100 pages of dullness after a decent start, hopefullly it will speed up a bit soon.
Teeth Chat,
I got a crown fitted yesterday, a first time experience for me. My dentist gave me the fancy tooth concrete to attach it instead of the NHS stuff so I feel like kind of a big deal.
