I see someone has hacked Sheep2 's account. Am I not allowed to say anything even slightly nice? Not without prior warning. You startled me.

Can confirm the need to stay away from cheap LED lights after my recent kitchen light saga. At least mine never had the chance to flicker as they were already kaput.

Can we all agree that we all wish Mr Tiddles well, but also agree not to mention it as it's all to awkward?
Wait, is Mr Tiddles the cat one who does murders? Perhaps just the second bit in that case.

Am I not allowed to say anything even slightly nice? I missed that post, thanks Sheep (although I am slightly suspicious of your motives) but that's just my nature. Also, I done a peanut just now. 2 massive sets of cramps and all I got was a peanut. Brexit Now!. Bran flake exit?

I'm saving my sympathy for when he finally does go, and it's so big that surgery is required to put him back together again.

Off to Bath for a long weekend, any suggestions of what to do? Got 3 out 6 meals sorted.
Also listening to a Final Fantasy playlist, feel like I'm on a quest.
Best of luck to Mr T.

LSD at the cinema? Not since the reservoir dogs incident. My most surreal Cinema experience was going to see The Mummy with my mate and because we were early we decided to hit the optics in a bar nearby, after doing a number of runs from both ends we added some beers to the list then went to the film. we staggered in blathered and I managed to get to the front while my pal got as far as the entrance to the seats, I sat down and splayed out with the screen directly overhead and couldn't move and he stayed propped up on the wall. We got through about three quarters of the film before having to leave, he went off and I just managed to get home before spending the evening in the throne room. I should have eaten before going, lesson learned. I also heard another fact about an original light bulb that has never been turned off. (Centennial light, Livermore, California). #bringbackfilimentbulbs

You’ll be needing a rugger shirt and a pair of tan slip-ons. It’s like York only exponentially more expensive. There’s some very good shops for outrageously pricey pushbikes and guitars, if you’re having a middle aged moment and like that sort of thing. Alternatively, take stuff to hurl at Gournay Court if you’re feeling right-on. The one way system was designed by MC Escher. Personally, I can’t stand the place.

Bath -it is pretty good if you like nice slightly twee towns. Too many tourists though. I have friends who live on the outskirts not far from the racecourse.
Avoid driving or paring in the centre as much as possible. It's just a pain. If you are on the train the station is 2 minutes walk from the bottom of the centre. Bath is built on a hill.
The Roman Baths are worth a visit. The Abbey has quite a nice setting by the river.
Sally Lunn's is quite nice if you want a bun. Loads of decent places to eat. There's a few decent pubs as well.
The Circle and the Royal Crescent are pretty much a must see. Both a few minutes walk out of the centre. There s also a Jane Austen centre. I have not been there.
There's other stuff as well. Westonbirt Arboretum is quite nice.

We're going by train, The Baths and JA already penciled in as is the preferred mammal's obsession with free walking tours though the weather may put a nix on that.

I'm back with a massive bag of pharmaceuticals. 'Try these over the weekend'. Well, if you insist..
She examined me thoroughly, although the sight of my luxurious pubes startled her.
OTTM: I watched Vanilla Sky last night, bit shit.

I wouldn't stray too far from your litter tray if I were you, and remember to drink plenty of fluids.
Edit: that's good advice for all of you, not just Mr Tiddles and Felice.

Just like Jeremy Corbyn you enjoy going to these obscure places. Orkney by train next? Apparently that's an option now! (Here's the quote from Corbyn's Chief of Staff:)

Steve Boxer is a certifiable lunatic. We know this.
The railway journey down Newton Abbot way is one of the All Time Greats, particularly if you’re lucky enough to be on the right (left) side of the train and not being harassed by a small group of drunk, imbecilic and increasingly physical Liverpool fans who have seemingly recently left HMP.
If you’re on the wrong (right) side of the train and etc etc it’s pretty bang average, though still infinitely better than Paddington to Reading at 6pm on a Thursday.
