Fried saganaki cheese. It's the cheese for when halloumi isn't salty or fatty enough. Served with a slice of lemon, because I'm a bit posh like that. Served with a slice of lemon because last night's G&T glass is till on the table.

The Stapylton. Know it well as my family lived in Normanby. My sister still does and both my brothers live in Eston. It's a small world (though I wouldn't want to paint it)

I've got a nice bit of steak fresh off the griddle pan - now it's in the top oven sitting in its own juices.
And I've just had a message from my partner asking me to pick them up in 20 mins (journey time is 5 mins). COME ON! Steak!
They will have to wait. Priorities.

I'm having a steak, too, but I also have another one for the Preferred Mammal. Selfish but sharing at the same time. As long as there is enough to go around. Diwali fireworks in full swing now.

I miss Diwali celebrations, but I'm a miserable git, so I don't miss the fireworks, which are basically an attempt to kill the Earth and choke all humans to death.

I've read Chumbles comment, bit weird. Has he been mucking about with his teleporter again? If I've told him once, I've told him a thousand times. 'Before you use it, make sure that Kane isn't hiding in there'. It was only a matter of time.

This week has been quite trying for me, but I’ve made it through. We had a bottle of milk where the join/seam in the plastic on the inside of the handle protruded and was quite sharp. It was mildly painful every time I picked up the milk. And this was one of those big bottles so this lasted a day or two before I could throw it away and get on with our lives.
Games - realised I was going to the wrong place in Pillars of eternity, which was why it became nuts hard.
Clocks going back is a top idea, they should do this every weekend

Fireworks here too. Along with two petrified cats hiding upstairs. My cat lurves fireworks, often sits on the window-sill to watch. Then again, when we had deep snow in London (2009?), the cat couldn't wait to throw itself into the garden and piss about. Rolling around, making angel shapes etc.. It's a bit gung-ho. No idea where it gets that from.

Hi!
Games? Yes! Just killed 'yellow eye on his shoulder angry zombie mutant'. Go Leon!
Food? Yes! Chilli. All the beans.
Wardrobes built? One! Fuck Ikea and the meatballs they rode in on.
Turkish barbers? Oh yeah! Fully violated. Razor, wet towels, face massage, flames in the ears, cotton bud with ectoplasm on up both nostrils. Yoinks!
OTTM? Not really.
