As we've branched out into games chat. Played the Switch monster hunter clone for a bit last night.

Gaming chat
Some more Fortnite with my brother last night, but it's getting harder as the matchmaking kicks us up the ladder, got a a few 2 or 3 kill games and a few zero kill also. Best was the 3rd place I got in solo whilst I waited for my brother to log on.
I have also now got the Witcher 3 for PC, which I will try and get into. Hopefully pick up either Super Monkey Ball HD or Anti-Graviator over the coming weeks.

Games. A bit of Titanfall2. In the factory trying to get bt back. That bit is great and finishes in a neat way. The other levels get better from there on too after a mediocre beginning. |

This is as far as I got when it came out and I sacked it off. I'll continue this time though. My aim seems better since lots of practice in Division 1&2.

Any new console really needs to fit on my equipment shelves.. I can swap out the PS3 (barely used) or ps4, but it needs to fit in the same space.
The Xbox sex fails on that count.
Also I am emotionally committed to buying a PS5.
I had an Xbox and a 360. There were quite a few games not on PS2 or pS3 or delayed on them.
There were enough exclusive games to justify two consoles. I don't feel that has been the case for PS4/Xbox1. I feel I have barely missed any game I would have wanted. Forza, maybe.
Almost all the good exclusives have been on the PS4.

I've been playing the Xbox streaming beta. Pretty good. You'd be able to play Forza on that and not need to buy anythi g else. Once it goes live properly.

Last night I "played" a bit more Pokemon to take my mind off things. "Played" because I really only shuffled everything around in my boxes. I don't like that Pokemon won't go back to the PC slot they came from after completing a job. Really messes up my system every time. Currently watching the Game Awards from last night. Things of interest so far: the SexBox reveal coupled with the announcement of Hellblade II for it, something called Godfall which is, I think, the first announcement for PS5 specifically, and Bravely Default II (i.e. Bravely Default the Third, Square Enix still can't number things properly) for Switch. Noice. (I put this as spoilers in case someone else would like to catch up.) |
