Looking forward to catching up on the game awards tonight, as a prelude I will quickly open every spoiler on today’s box without first reading any warning text. What could possibly go wrong? In all seriousness though, it’s proper tedious to watch as the actual awards I could care less about, but not much less. They should make an edited version that’s just the trailers. Ikr? I've been watching a (no longer) live stream because it's insufferable without someone providing commentary and entertainment. The actual awards I don't mind so much but the advertisements drag on for far too long. I've "only" watched 2 hrs now and there's still 45 minutes on the video. If one just takes the new trailers one could easily cut the whole thing down to 20 minutes. That said, one skit involving Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, Beaker and the Untitled Goose was rather cute. |

Evening.
In my preparation for nights (basically staying up really late) I had the distinct pleasure of watching the horror of the GE unfolding, slowly, before my eyes. It's a miracle I'm still alive.
On the bright side, my RetroPie/ Kodi box is ready to go.
Xenoblade 2. Still chugging on. Story enemies have finally caught up to my level so progression has slowed slightly, but I think I'm nearing the end now anyway. Currently just short of 110 hours 'played'. Hell of a game.

Did in the cleric beast, just to watch it die.
I do think I should probably play something other than Bloodborne.

What really agrieves me is that there was an anti-Conservative consensus (of a sort...) in the House of Commons a few weeks ago, but they couldn't form a government because they wouldn't agree to work together. It's all so partisan ... And Jo Swinson gets lambasted because she did compromise and vote with the Conservatives a few years ago. Intransigence is now feted. The language of no compromise. But the result is a bad business. Not for me. |
