I've had a look at my Malteser and it's become massive and red*, much like Angry's bits and bobs.
*Docs tomorrow.
OTTM: I have an Xmas invite from the niece-in-law. She will pick us up from Plymouth and pour me out of the car on the return. Problem is, she's got 7 feral children. Decisions. *taps fingers on desk*

You'd be better to go to a chemist rather than the doctor.
The chemist will see you immediately and will almost certainly know if it is something the doctor needs to see.
Also if it something minor they can probably give you something there and then for it.
