I managed a couple of games of Fortnite after all. I was in a commanding fort dominating the final circle and killed 3 players before someone came along with a rocket launcher and killed me. Before that I got killed by an aeroplane.

I'm not sure why people are wearing gloves out and about or the face masks. Gloves are likely to keep things on them and make people less likely to notice what they have touched or wash their hands. None of the masks look to be for stopping viral particles getting through and those wearing them were out and about so shouldn't be infected. The masks aren't worn correctly or people have beards so they are ineffective. Also it means people are more likely to touch their face meaning more infections? That's a bit like saying you're not sure why people binge drink, as it doesn't address the root cause of their problems, and can sometimes make things worse. Psychomalogical innit. I binge drink, because it is the best. The root cause of the problem is that alcohol is the best. Who wants to be sober even when we are not in a pandemic? I went to the corner shop earlier. I had to post some letters anyway. They did not have beans. So I bought beer. |

Hello.
Had a delivery today from Iceland of all places. Nearly half the items we picked weren’t available. I’ve had to go and brave the outside world to get the other bits. People are morons. Wandering about in large groups etc. Queueing wasn’t so bad, people giving lots of space. Bit worried about the guy who was coughing two aisles away.
I’ve probably got it now, despite spraying hand sanitiser all over myself and then scrubbing myself with soap as soon as I got home.

I shaved on Saturday but I kept the moustache and cool beard. In truth I look terrible, like a teenager growing his first beard.

I'm doing a Faceless, but without the Pepperoni. Incredibly busy, binge drinking, doing my best to neglect children and Hated Dog.
God, I could smash the fuck out of my own mouth with a Big Mac right now. Combination of being vegetarian for over 25 years and Coronavirus lockdown isn't working for me at the moment. And some wine. I could use some wine, but I suppose I should wait a few hours at least.

I can't stand growing a beard. It itches so goddamn much after a few days.
Also I have a feeling there is more white in it than there might be
Plus I look like a serial killer who has been living in undergrowth for a week while on the run. And that is after just two days.
I got up to 6 days once and it looked like a beard, but like Joel from The Last Of Us on a day when he was ambushing people for food. It is a strong look.

My two daughters have offered to cut my hair (presumably in revenge for haircuts inflicted on them as children).
I have politely declined. I badly need my hair cutting, but do not need it cutting badly.

They took the piss by delivering 3 bottles of wine for MrsC and 1 can of beer for me.
They did accidentally deliver cans of tonic so I guess my bottle of gin will be getting arsed instead. Fucks sake.
I'm so thirsty
Also not helping is the neighbour behind us who has m.s. puffing weed in the garden.

Fortunately I had let my hair grow out before all of this started. It's now at the stage where it's no longer annoying me by getting into the eyes all the time. Pref. Mam. says he prefers it long, so at least he's happy. For him we've invested in clippers years ago and I've often garnered praise for his neat hair (such as is left) and beard trim.
Many years ago I let him cut my hair. At least the headscarf was very chic and kept my ears warm.
