Game blogs. Sacked off Tomb Raider as it's being removed from gamepass in 8 days and won't get it finished. Will pick up cheap at some point.
Restarted Just Cause 4 as I'd forgotten the buttons and hadn't got very far.
Minor AC:NH action. Sorting my house out.
Ps3emulator blog. The software updated to a newer version. Skate 3 was running shitter. Stuttery. Will uninstall and shove the older stronger, Stabler™ version back on.

Morning all. Day four of feeling like tatters this week, despite no drinking, and getting half-decent sleep. Wonder if the vit d deficit has kicked in again, off to the pharmacy go I to collect the prescription. Really need my blood work doing but no blood tests until doctors returns to normal  Games: Couple of hours of spodermanning last night, finally mastered combat controls and almost managed a base takedown but kept failing at the last. Realised I am massively under-levelled for it so more backpacking and photography and the odd sidequest. Tonight however is install SSD night, and then steam and then see if Disco Elysium will run. Can you resell steam purchases if they don't work or will it just sit there in my library until I get a new laptop? OTTM: Bike ride tomorrow if I feel human. Stay safe people. |

Morning all.
What fresh updates do I have for you? Nothing much really. I haven't had a drink since Sunday evening, and my sleep has been terrible since - waking up during the night, and then not feeling rested come morning.
And yet I'm almost falling asleep before dinner. A shambles.
Gamesblog: a level of Breathless. It runs okay on my desktop A1200, but would run even better on the towered one with the faster processor. May plug that in again.
TVblog: Justified, and I'm two episodes away from the end of the second series.

Good afternoon,
I have been awake since 5.20am, when faceless jnr woke me up to announce he'd just done the biggest wee ever, and wanted me to come and see it. Cool story etc.
Ottm: the large pine tree opposite my house, which has been my view for the past 6 weeks working from home, is currently being cut back by a chainsaw man.
This means the new view will be directly into the flats opposite. I may have to consider putting some trousers on.
Games: yes thanks. A bit more RE2make, and some fifa against my mate, who is considerably better at it than me.

Ants have returned en-masse! Crafty sods waited til I went to bed..... woke up to a note on the worktop from PM.... "ANTS! BLEACH!". Need to up my game here. Am planning a nice midnight feast of sugar and insecticide. After that i'll deal with the buggers.

I should be knighted: Services to winning Duo matches in Fortnite.
We managed to beat a pair who were better than us. Well apparently not better as it happens. More technically skilled.
I shot the 6th last person. Very satisfyingly. From behind, in the head at close range.
Once the circle got very small I ended up sheltering on the side of a hill, no cover at all except the brow.
I could see the last pair building. One of them incautiously poked his head up and I shot him twice knocking him down.
We were then able to trap his mate against the storm. He was furiously building to save himself and couldn't shoot at us. When he had to abandon this to avoid the storm I shot him a couple of times and was about to administer the coup de grace when Shenguin rudely shotgunned him first.
I sustained 0 damage in the game. That does not happen.

Fortnite has seen a surge in virtual meet-ups during the Covid-19 pandemic.I can confirm this. It is really good for meet ups. A chat over a beer* and some murder. I have massively improved at the game over the last month. I have moved from the point where a win required some sort of freakish event to winning games very regularly. Far more often than the 1%/2%. I am now a good poor player - anyone with leet skillz should easily beat me. *or 8

I've got all my CDs in folders Alphabetically by artist, then by album, single etc Otherwise it was impossible to find anything. Most depressing song? Gloomy Sunday - Billie Holiday (also Elvis Costello). It will put your black songs to bed and smother them with a pillow. |

I don’t think I’ve got much depressing music anymore. I’ve got a lot of variously bleak, unpleasant and hostile stuff but it’s all a bit too aggressive to be called depressing. Sine of the Dub by Kode9 is pretty gloomy. Again though, more self-assertively bleak and it’s Prince.

Chumbles Try inserting a 2 column table and pasting an image into each column. You will need to experiment with sizing and centreing the images.
