I'll take your Ghost of Tsushima, and raise it (the ones in bold are those I really want to see: 00:00 Morbius 02:41 James Bond 007 No Time To Die 05:16 Top Gun 2 Maverick 07:32 Fast and Furious 9 11:25 The King's Man 13:45 Black Widow 15:18 The New Mutants 17:35 Wonder Woman 1984 20:00 Jungle Cruise 1:59 Ghostbusters 3 Afterlife 24:27 Tenet *Disney's tone deaf titling continues - Emily Blunt may rescue it, but it looks horribly like the WD +40 execs decided on an African Queen / Tomb Raider mashup... perhaps a bastard child of Indiana Jones and Jumanji. *sigh*

I don’t know what’s going on.
Is it Monday? Fuck sake.
My neighbour decided that yesterday evening, just after I’d finished the paving, and as PM and I were outside enjoying the garden, was the perfect time to start creosoting his fence. Of course it’s gone all the way through over the new patio and garden path, and stank so we had to go inside. It’s not the first time he’s pulled shit like this. We had a BBQ the other week, sat down to eat about 5, he decided it was the perfect time to start drilling and angle grinding something in his shed.
I guess what I’m really annoyed about is I’ve only just done the patio, I don’t want to have to dig it up to put another body underneath.

He really does sound a grade a wanker.
Take dogs walk. Dogs pop. Pop in bag. Bring bag home. Decant poop to shovel. Under darkness throw over into his garden. Not every time. Once a week or so.

How'd he manage to get it on your patio though? Was he flicking the paintbrush or something? Sloshing the creosote tin?

We’ve also discovered that creosote is toxic to dogs, so I hope he’s using some sort of substitute, but I doubt it.

Theres a trellis at the top of the fence, sprayed through as he flicked the brush against it. He even managed to get some on me, not entirely sure how.

I am slowly going crazy. Everyday is the same. Who knew work and commuting was necessary to stay sane?
Anyway, I started watching The Return of The King. Would the last Star Wars trilogy been better in Peter Jackson's hands? Probably.

So apparently it's ok to travel 11000 miles to rural Scotland in a pandemic as long as you pay taxes. Good to know.

Morning all! Gamesblog: get outta here! TVblog: the usual, Parks & Rec and Community. I'll flip back to Justified once I get to the end of the first series of Community. Camerablog: last week's challenge was "Mirror", where you take an existing shot and flip it for artistic intent. Here are my two, based on the same image I took at the Natural History Museum a few years back: ConstructTemple to NatureOTTM: back to work, and I've got some sign-ones to sort out. Always a pain.

Great weekend
My cunt neighbour was making a right row in the garden all weekend. Stopping me from enjoying some well earned sun so I sprayed him with creosote. I think I got the bastard dogs as well. Certainly wrecked his newly laid patio.

Morning all
Somewhat overplayed Dragon Age Inquisition at the weekend.
Also went into a rabbit hole in my podcasting research. What should have been notes on Tarquin ended up on whether Lucretia's suicide was a sacrifice which enabled the foundation of the Roman Republic. Found some good stuff but no real way of shoehorning it in.
4 stars.

OTTM
I have 3 months free BT sport as an EE subscriber. I watched 4 Bundesliga games It's not right without a crowd. On the other hand a sweet injection of football straight into my eyeballs.
Games Bit of Fortnite. No wins. I now have a 1.33:1 kill ratio in solo and above 1 across all games. It is most strange when you consider I had about 4 kills in the first 200 games I played. I was properly bad.
Parents Currently in isolation as my mum is having a knee op this week. I took them some food and briefly sat about 4m away.
My car is not being co-operative. The power steering switched off. This means low battery (shouldn't be that low though), alternator not working* or a problem with the power steering (most likely low fluid). However I have to take it to the garage. The main problem is at low speeds the steering is incredibly heavy so parking is not easy. It is nearly 30 years since I last drove a car with no power steering. The steering on that was nowhere near as heavy. It is a good job I have strong wrists.

OTTMIt is a good job I have strong wrists. Who knew that wanking could save your life?* *Get it fixed; I once had an Audi 80 company car. It broke down 16 times in 6 months before the head gasket blew at 75 mph** when I was in the A10 underpass on the M25 with a cop jamjar up my chuff. There was a >BANG< and huge clouds of steam and oil enveloping the rozzers. It gave me a moment's satisfaction until I tried steering my poxy car off, up the exit ramp on its fading momentum and thence onto a pavement. I was a fit-ish 15st, 6' 1" with strong arms and I only just managed it. ** I'd been doing 90 mph when the bastards came down off their roost. *** I did weight training in my mid-late teens for the shot putt. I actually got a medal! I won with a school record which may even still stand.

So apparently it's ok to travel 11000 miles to rural Scotland in a pandemic as long as you pay taxes. Good to know. I like Neil Gaimans books, so I automatically assume all of his views/beliefs/opinions are exactly aligned with my own. Therefore I have no problem with the rules not applying to him. If however that cunt nigel Farage sets foot outside his house for any reason whatsoever, he deserves locking up. Logic innit.
