Orange whip? Orange whip? Three orange whips.
Morning all. I didn't watch The Blues Brothers last night. I did catch about ten minutes of Suburbicon though.
Gamesblog: booted the PS4 just to grab this month's free games. Never going to play them.
TVblog: Parks & Rec, Community, Justified.
OTTM: colleague is on holiday this week, meaning I get to pick up the bank holiday shambles that inevitably occur. #pray4amipal

Morning all,
Finally downloaded AC Odyssey with the DLC I never played, just trundling around at the moment and enjoying the views...

Morning, Communityblog: two episodes, in which they all did something in keeping with their characters, then one or more of them had a profound revelation at the end.
Other TVblog: first episode of the latest serieseason of Bosch.
Bookblog: I'm about halfway through Cloud Atlas. It's becoming a bit of a slog. I might sack it off.
No games

Work, none. Taking the week off as company is realising everyone still working through covid times will mean a lot of time off at the end of the year. Games, Skyrim and dawn of war. TV none. Except the live car crash show on BBC one at four (well half four).

So, Douglas Ross MP has resigned. Douglas Ross is also a professional referee in the SPFL, and referees in the SPFL are sponsored by Specsavers. Given the revelations yesterday about the reasons for the C-Dog's trip to Barnard Castle, and the numerous 'memes' that followed, is it not gradually becoming clear that we are being subjected to a massive product placement opportunity? We are obviously being taken for a ride by the Specsavers-industrial complex. Wake the fuck up.

Morn'
"Why won't the oiks just forget about this?"
Why indeed.
Any ideas what the conveniently timed distraction will be to take the oiks mind off Cum-Gate?
Pubs can open?
Hi btw No games other than RDR2, it's not a game, it's a religion. Chilli revelations? ONE. I usually double bean my chilli, always black eye and then either kidney or maybe haricot. But I had neither, so went double chick pea. GAME. CHANGER.

I have just watched a woman in her 60's have a very animated conversation with a lamp-post. Every 5 minutes, she took a few steps away from it, only to turn around and continue said conversation with hand gestures etc..
15 minutes later, she must have won the argument, because she wandered off towards the town centre.
They don't put that in the brochures.
[EDIT] So, that cunt Cummings and that flaccid twerp Gove can flannel away all they like, and yet, this poor lady has bloody real issues, which need immediate attention. Fucks me right off, and make no mistake about that.

Unless she really likes lamp-posts, in which case, I'm not apologising, I will get Gove to bullshit on my behalf.

Well I am sick. After self-isolating for three months I have a chesty cough and my joints ache.
Maybe Icke and the less successful Corbyn are right, and it's actually the 5G masts.

If I was Starmer I'd be praying Cummings stays on. This'll become a very handy reference point in the future.

Good Morning. The Naked Civil Servant. 5* That's an image I can live without ... There have been so many knives waiting for DoCum anyway, it is inevitable that as soon as he takes his long overdue walk to Santiago de Compostela, he'll need to walk naked and be flogged the entire way to elicit any sympathy ... This morning's Nursey was very straightforward "Just fine him and his wife and get on with the things that really matter. The media are not reflecting public opinion, but following their own agenda." Which I rather agree with. I deplore the power that Cummings has; for me, the only real benefit of leaving the EU, was taking back control of our fate from the unelected officials of the EU. To then have Cummings - an unelected figure - wielding such power behind the scenes is unacceptable. You'll recall I also absolutely hate Momentum's affiliation to the Trotskyist group Militant, and the way that Labour MPs are answerable first to Momentum or a Trade Union and only marginally to their electorates. The Tories are now no better, and I am definitely unhappy about BoJo's presidential leanings. We - as an electorate have the politicians we deserve, because we have delegated our thinking to them, and accepted soundbites engineered to confirm and amplify our entrenched views rather than examining them, researching the facts and drawing our own conclusions. As long as we continue to regard politics as something which other people do and 'get on with our lives', so we will be ruled by a bunch of generally factional, venal and divisive political sharks attended by their equally self-absorbed medja pilot fish, who see their path to power through emphasizing and amplifying our divisions. Nursey: I was not delighted to get a call from Nursey at 8.15 a.m. - "I will be with you at 8.45." It takes at least 45 minutes for the morphine to establish a mitigating barrier between your mind and pain signals. I cannot get it across to them that if the barrier isn't established then the barrier cannot be effective. We hit 9 on the pain scale - enough to shock me into silence and it's not much better now. I have once again been promised that the warning will be 45 minutes ...

'The Lad' Newswire.
Old Boy was outside his flat just now, coughing and spluttering (been at the fags and booze last night). 'The Lad' gave him a load of verbals from inside his flat re:Covid-19. He eventually shouted that he would 'drop' him and Mr.Tids.
Well, dear readers, Tids was not having this.
So I marched over to the Lads door* and called him out. He came out looking like an anorexic Gollum wearing just a pair of underpants and some kind of facial rash. A finer reverse ferret has never been seen. He denied mentioning Tids at all. Weak cunt. He still continued ranting at Old Boy from inside his flat and kicking the walls etc.. There were many witness's to all of this action.
*Mrs Tids tried to stop me. I would not be stopped.
Rant Over.

Daily poll of 1000 people so just a snapshot. "Approval ratings Following a difficult weekend for the Prime Minister, his Chief Adviser, and the government in general, approval regarding the government’s handling of the crisis, once exceedingly high, has taken a dramatic fall. The government’s approval rating is now at -2%, dropping 16 points in just one day, while the Prime Minister’s own approval is now also below zero (-1%), having dropped 20 points since the end of last week." Morning all,
Minecraft - actually quite good. Who knew? My house is know stone and I discovered fire and used it to create a fire. Digging deep, yet to discover that which should not be unncovered (insert LOTR knomes dug too deep reference).
Dom. Cum. - those excuses yesterday were top shelf material. And then editing his website to make it look like he predicted coronavirus, mentioning it several times during the press conference, thinking no one would figure out he just edited it in after the fact. Just pathetic and kind of sad.

The Lad has just come back from the shops and re-iterated that he would drop Old Boy and me. I told him to 'F-Off and called him a c-unit'.
He then said to, 'come to my front door and I will head-butt you'. I gave him a slow hand clap.
Asshole.

Maybe Icke and the less successful Corbyn are right, and it's actually the 5G masts. me too, sniffles aches and a mean headache (usual smokers cough mind you) yes I know bad habit, I should quit while I'm ahead etc.. don't care - do care but free will, stubborn old git that I am I think this is a manufactured virus not necessarily china directly (although you never know), but it could be some tinkering wanna be chemist working with past viruses that have been plaguing the environs. such as the SARS outbreak or MERS etc. It seems too convenient that this should appear to be an upgraded version of SARS AND it's natural, I think not.
