amipal You mean all your cd's weren't moved to the attic when you had a child? Sweet large house/ storage boasting. Truth is that when we moved in, we left 90% of our CD collection back at my partner's mum's house. So we have a couple of handfuls of CDs stacked on top of a speaker. The boy is good around the hifi though - taught from a young age not to touch cables or electronic equipment. |

What do you not need when setting up smart devices, lights and plugs... But I did get my Echo Studio and Wall Clock set up - probably gave me the nightmare ... *blush* My biggest problem has been trying to get my cheapo Smart Bulbs to pair. An hour and a half last night and 45 minutes this morning. Doh! My search for "Smart Bulbs" didn't exclude ordinary LED bulbs, so when I sorted by "Avg. Customer Review" the dumb LED bulbs went to the top. No wonder the fucking things wouldn't pair... Sometimes I think Ralph and I have a lot in common |

I think I had/have what Amipal mentioned. A general fatigue, a distinct lack of vigour. Everything seems tiring.
Maybe, like the late, great, AP, I'm clinically fed up, boo hoo etc
I'm going to try star wars battlefront 2 single player mode today. Later I'm making chilli. Although it's a faff, I'm going to make two variations, standard for all the family to enjoy and volcanic, which hopefully will give me some pep. I have 5 scotch bonnets that will go into the volcanic batch, with some additional chilli powder and maybe some Encona extra hot sauce.

Made chilli last night. Couldn't be arsed making two batches so just the one and added Tabasco to mine. Slowly, slowly, slowly increasing the child spice /heat tolerance.

We've run out of chilli flakes so I have been adding spoonfuls of harissa to everything I eat instead. Pretty much the most interesting thing I've done this year.

Doing a chicken/chorizo/chickpea stew thing tonight. Harissa would probably be a nice addition. Be pimenton, garlic, tomato giving the flavour for the most part.

So I moved on to trying to get my new smart plugs to work... and because I bought smart plugs from Tuya, but the new ones use a different app, so I had to install, register the new skill. Fuck me, Tuya, you really are a useless bunch of cunts. So I did all that, enabled the skill in Alexa... And it keeps finding phantom dead plugs using the old app and enables those and doesn't see the new ones at all. But what's worse is that I can disable the useless skill, but I cannot delete the fucking app. Apparently, you can't delete a skill. I've spent so much time on this I still have a mountain of chores to do...
I can lipread, he's saying "What the fuck, it's fucking fucked!"

Late lunch today after dealing with a plumbing problem involving a backed up toilet. So much for my nice, quiet Sunday. At least I fixed it (I think).

Sacked off the hole as the rain arrived. Managed a bit of Metro as my save file magically re-appeared and I ordered some clothes online (a trucker cap, catfish t-shirt and some running shoes). I also completely shaved my head.
I have watched most of The Platform, really good so far.

I just got slots in Tesco (end June, start July) and Morrison (week before that ) Sainsburys, (at least my nearest one), has just opened delivery for everyone rather than those identified as vulnerable, only one week at a time but better than nothing. |

I sacked off my Wood Elf play of an hour or so, and have installed the Realm of Lorkhan mod that allows you to build your character without having to get through the Helgen dragon bit.
It also allows you to start the game from pretty much any location, and since I'm such a damned radical, I started in Riverwood...
I am now a High Elf, giving me greater magical power. Dual-casting fire all over the shop/dungeon.
