I just ripped open my heel on the bottom of the radiator doing the switch jump rope challenge. Was very sore. Blood everywhere. Four stars.

I've been doing some unconscious bias training, complete with videos. Top banana. Someone wasn't allocated a role as they lacked gravitas and wouldn't be able to deal with Ken Philips. Classic Ken.

Bad Nursey: Vicious day here; 2 bouts of medical stuff, plus a probable phonecall... I've given it 11 days since that stellar example of nursing did her best in so many dangerous, slovenly ways to cross-infect me, whilst ensuring she didn't do her job. I can cope with it to a large extent, but I had to write an unofficial complaint / warning because others aren't in the position to protect themselves. Unofficial, because they are short-staffed and she can be directed to lower risk patients. And although I really don't want the aggravation (she will lie; she's already told me to my face that she couldn't possibly have done something only she was in a position to do); it's all of a piece with her clock watching, carelessness etc. Her immediate manager, if she calls, will almost certainly try and convince me I'm wrong and ignore what I say. *sigh* But at least I have done my duty to the other patients.
