Today for example I have lear Chumbles is terrible at dates. Bugger... 80 years; and I don't "lear" And I can't recall having been on a date... I am very much more successful at hooking up with women when I stop trying to 'date'. I tend to get 'captured', rather like Shenguin... I am going to sleep...

60 years ago today, the Battle of Britain started... Nice Tropical Spitfire shot. That would have been somewhere in North Africa I imagine. You've got the theme to the film in my head now. This is no bad thing.

You say 'Tropical Spitfire', I say 'The Jimmy Hill of Spitfires'.
Morning.
When sorting out my cabinet yesterday, I found my old Sony Digicube alarm clock and my Space Invaders portable alarm clock. They both work!
I can feel a youtube channel coming on...

Morning.
Games. The Paleto mission in GTA. TV. Some more Catastrophe.
The child is currently obsessed with some french manga ripoff called "Miraculous: Tales Of Ladybug & Cat Noir" from Disney +.
I fear we may be "playing it" today.
Mrs Crank described it as "PJ Masks with hormones"

Today is the first day in two weeks I've had the energy to get some work done and the systems are, of course, down.
Guess I'll send off my spare Pokemon Go pokémon to be crushed down into candies.

I wouldn't want to open a Tids time capsule - bits of old digital watches, one with 7734 on it; a finger; a furball; an IOU; a lock of Mrs Tids' hair; an overdue library book from Torquay library; and...

I always return my books (and videotapes). *Whispers* Libraries where fines are in place don't want you to bring them back on time. They're often one of the few income streams. A few days is just enough to get some moolah bit not affect the stock balance.
