Someone should invite that Ian Fleming to the chatterbox, he’d be a perfect fit.
Games none. Films. Back to the future parts 1, 2 and a third of three. Disappointed I couldn’t fit the whole trilogy in over the weekend.
New parts of London explored. 1. Went to Brentford Dock to visit a new friend we made just before lockdown. Had a picnic in Sion Park and then spent the evening drinking by the river.
TV. Finished S3 of Ozarks. Tidy.

Brentford is Big Worv territory.
Osterley Park and House and Ham House are also worth visiting in the local area.

Brentford is a weird place. A quickly gentrifying shithole.

Hello Games: None Books: Started reading my box set of Ian Fleming's Bond books. Finished Casino Royale and have just started Live and Let Die. Although I'm aware they were written in the early 50's (both books are older than I am) the casual racism and sexism do jar a bit. Also Bond's sixty a day cigarette habit and chronic alcohol consumption doesn't fit well with his fighting fit he man image. Disgusting outdated dinosaur. He forgot about the ironing. Shocking.

Hello all.
I had a quite-pleasant drive up to the Princess Royal hospital this morning, just for a checkup. On presenting myself to them at the reception desk, I was informed that my appointment was a telephone appointment. This was not indicated on the letter I showed them. They'd done fucked up.
Gamesblog: nope
TVblog: Adventure Time.
Filmblog: Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.

Transfer speculation is rampant on the football forums I look at. Definitely the best time of the season. It all goes downhill once the actual football starts.

5/8 I thought q2 was one of the easiest of the questions.
I can only assume Tenth Enemy thought it was a trick question.

No, I thought it was a bad portrait because I couldn't recognise who it was supposed to depict. Edit: now that I look at it again there may be something wrong with me, but what else is new.

6/8, although 6 of those I got right were guesses.

5/8... Sorry tenthenemy ; q2 instant recognition - the way she thrusts her chin forward and head back slightly to remove neck wrinkles is often seen - here's a 3/4 angle shot. amipal will doubtless scoff, but my father Hasselblad ARPS, who learnt from Karsch, posed his subjects thus, if they were of a certain age...

yup, 7/8 I had a moment of insanity on Q no.5 - I am ashamed of my failings. (head down slinks off into the darkness)

I was making pasta sauce for dinner and I seem to have made a rather lovely tomato soup by mistake.
That's what happens when you're rushing to cook from scratch on a work night. Oh balls.

I don't think I've ever posed anyone. The models usually pose themselves, and I smile politely and snap 'em. I've thought about doing my LRPS, but time and organisation are fleeting.

Oh, child update, because I know you're all on tender hooks. It was the boy, I thought I'd identified it correctly.
Edit: oh, and it's not broken.
