I did read the blog from my vantage point and thought that you were all mad, then realised it was me - which was nice.

The tv thing is a lie, tbf. Apparently I’ve seen nearly 2 series of Modern Family. Couldn’t tell you anything that happened in them.

Games: Zombies. Had a good game, up until the point when the other player quit after 1 hour - thus ending the game. I found out why though, he was a French person. *spits on floor*

Morning all,
Spent the weekend in some pain after drinking. Ate stuff I shouldn't and had a go boxing. In so doing I managed to play host to a few old injuries and infringe on one ingoing condition. Fun times.
Gaming wise I finished the main game in AC Odyssey so I can now get stuck into more DLC.
Also recorded the latest podcast and released it. Have the rest of the week off and no idea what to do with it.

Dearie me; £80 for something you can look up on the interwobble. Gross... Another Tuesday, another visit from Nursey; not looking forward to it. It's a vertigo day, so avoiding falling onto the floor is priority one. Already got a crop of new bruises from falling into walls. Moving around is like playing a VR game, where I have to map out movement so I have something to hang on to. |

Went to the Dentist for the first time in 15 years, felt a tad petrified, turns out that apart from one filling and tartar build up* all was well.
This lunchtime I'l have a drink**, eat some crisps and chocolate and smoke a cigar to celebrate.
*Of which he removed quite a lot.

Well, who turned up for work having taken the laptop home last night and left it there?
I blame it on booze.
I did not have any last night.
More specifically the recycling was emptied at 7.30 this morning. I was rudely woken by the sounds of hundreds of bottes being tipped in to a lorry.
I hope they took the neigbours' rubbish as well.

Lunch: chicken katsu "dippers" with dipping sauce and vegetable gyoza ramen. Pretentious? Moi?
Ganes: had a quick look at the e-shop yesterday, walked away with the Contra Collection which is currently on offer. (But Tent Hen, I hear you say, what about the Castlevania Collection? Well, I already have it.)
While I was there I spent the second half of my online game voucher that I used to buy Animal Crossing on Paper Mario Origami King. I feel that it's just the thing to play while I'm still deep in Animal Crossing, better than starting Xenoblade Chronicles Def. Ed. which demands a lot more commitment. Also, as far as I could see there isn't any kind of must-have physical edition.
ACNH: Gave out a dry chuckle when one of the tasks for earning Nook miles turned out to be "catching a cicada shell"; after all, it had taken me almost a month to find one. Only to spot one on a tree a few minutes later! Since they only sell for 10 Bells I decided to keep it and see whether I can get two more for a model from Flick. It must be one of the rarest items in the whole game.
