Still deep cleaning bathroom and bedroom after an incident. I think I know now how they felt when they cleaned up after the incident at Chernobyl. Lunch was late and probably radioactive. Edit: cleaning the cooker top and no cricket, Tuffers? Can we swap places? |

I always underestimate how long risotto will take. Risotto for Sunday breakfast anyone? It's why the Spanish have their main meal late at night; they do the risotto for say 7 pm, put the lid on, go out, have a few drinks, some nibbles, come home later. Then they gently reheat (adding stock if it starts to dry), open the wine, drink a sherry (a fino or Manzanilla) and eat a few olives, add a knob of butter and make sure it's mixed through, serve with peas and eat until their / your boots are full. Ghods, I wish I could still eat like that. |

but eating that late wouldn't do me any favours. Unless a post drink munchie of course.

The Rocky IV soundtrack is the GOAT.
