Morning all,
Just 3 days from twitter being soaked in #Pompeii tweets. Yes, I'll be one of them.
Gaming wise I'm plodding through Fallout 4. Settlements are still a bit bizarre. 18 settlers with loads of food/water/defence 62% happy. Other settlement with same numbers, 79% happy.
Having some fun with Vault 88 but I fear the Overseer is exhibiting Mengele-esque traits wirh these experiments I'm helping with.

A mate popped over last night who I haven't seen in months. And he also brought a belated birthday present for me - a bottle of rum! Yo ho ho!
We got takeaway curry, and both spent the rest of the evening wodged and struggling to breath. 4*
Gamesblog: some Skyrim. Enchantment and Alchemy both at 100 now. I'll have to start levelling other skills if I'm going to properly level now...
TVblog: Justified, just about. Internet and Prime weren't playing nicely... again...

Looks like Birmingham may be put in lockdown, cases have risen sharply here in Sheffield too.
We got absolutely demolished on Fortnite last night, I am sure some of those kids were cheating too as their building was faster than the blink of an eye yet when tempted back to the ground they were easy to kill.

Good morning Everyone! What a joy it is to be alive today! amipal , pure filth. BabyfarkmcGeezak , Sheep2 and I failed to win at all last night. I find there are a number of players with amazing build skills and poor fighting skills. Having seen the way a child who isn't mine plays, I suspect they spend a long time in creative mode learning to build, and very little time thinking about what you have to do to actually win a match, and rely on being quick in fights, but not actually very successful at them. MrTiddles , I can assure you I know absolutely nothing about any sex things. |

Morning all
Re-acquainted myself with my commute route yesterday, as recalled to the office for a designated 2 hour slot to clear my desk in readiness for an anti-virus reshuffle. Nice to see some things haven't changed.... 2 fire engines outside and all the alarms blaring for the 2nd false alarm of the day. I decided not to join the official muster point, as seems no-one had worked out how we could socially distance at a roll call, so I sat in my car for an hour til the noise stopped.
I regret not washing my coffee cup up in March.... I'm sure the contents winked at me when I peered in.

Not for me.
I am properly terrible at it. Give me a minute to think about it and I can just bout build up cliff face. On the second attempt. Or third.
It is most odd to fight someone whose building skills are superb but who doesn't know one end of a gun from another. It is satisfying to beat someone like that. Especially by destroying their building and watching them plummet.
