Coffee chat; in the morning and day, not at night like some sort of addict. A few little gadget machines to make it but no butter anywhere in sight. The free work bean to cup machine has made working through the last few months less bad, free lunch has meant being a bit healthier as a side effect.
Do people still have crypts or is it all cremation nowadays? First covid times funeral was no singing, second had masks added and the last wedding was masks, no singing and antibac on the pen when signing the register.

I'm watching that documentary series for nerds on Netflix about atari and Nintendo. On episode 2 atm. Its ok, enjoying it so far, nostalgia is the best. 3.9 stars. And yet no sign of the home computing revolution in Europe. Pretty glaring omission to me.

Morning all,
The Wiggles reminds me of a chat I had many years ago with someone who worked on an Aussie tv show. This was big at the time in the UK, it was an early morning one aimed at toddlers etc. You know, the sort of wide eyed enthusiastic dancing, singing etc.
The presenters were all straight out of drama school, and her job was to keep them in line. She didn't specify examples but it seems that these youngsters were pretty much up to everything.
Crazy times. 4 stars.

Morning
Curry last night, followed by crazy dreams about a huge spider chasing me about the place, and my car driving off without me.

Shopping day today. Too early for a drink?
Games: Some BFBC2, got shotgunned in the buttocks a lot. TV: Shameless. Still great. Dreams: I had one last night where the fraction 1/7 was prevalent. No idea what this means. Chances of being sober whilst shopping? Could be.

Got a webex in an hour to discuss our new "Digital offer" amongst other things.
Me raising a digit and or suggesting I be left alone to crack on with the backlog are a possibility.
TV. No. Games. Half an hour of MSFS. I crashed during tuition. I then took off from Glasgow Airport and realised as it was 22.30 it was dark and so wouldn't see my house. Stupid Flanders.

That was all before social media and the like. Bungle getting drunk and bricking a jewellers whilst shouting SS slogans was easy to cover up.
When you have a multi million dollar kids tv show the naughtiest you can get is ensuring that at least one of the 20 year olds is female and attractive. All of a sudden daddy is keen to get up at 6am with the kids and watch tv with them.

I wasn't aware of the programme until I saw the article and comments at the other place, so I was prepared.

The Netflix gaming documentary is definitely worth watching, but yeah they kind of skipped Spectrums, C64, Amiga etc...maybe they were not that big a deal outside the UK?
Also, my hangover has finally gone.

Last time I used one of these proboard forums, there was an option to make polls public, so you could see who voted for what. I wish that was an option here, some of you people need to be shamed.

Good Morning Bullying Clique!
I won a Duo game of Fortnite. Sheeps and I hid in the caves under the farm, and got trapped in there by the closing storm. Perfectly safe from the other players. I volunteered* to die first, and gave all my health stuff to Sheeps so he could survive the storm longest. In the event, the last other player died moments after the storm totally closed, so we both survived for the win.
*After a brief game of chicken, in which it became clear Sheeps would rather lose than die before me.
