When the Chatterbox was shattered its fragments were spread far and wide. Each group claimed to be the true Chatterbox. And discord set in. I'd like to see some sort of end-credits for the GGBCB, like at the end of Animal House. Find out where everyone ended up in freeze-frame-fashion. Police Squad style? I'm in.
Also, lazybones used the word 'essence' within a week, I've won a fiver from myself.

If I have five IRL friends (I do not*) and they each have six friends we can't all go to a restaurant together.
However they could continue to go in 6 separate groups so long as we don't formally organise it.

Nice weather, new ice cream van with unidentifiable tune going around and this afternoon I've slept right trough it in a lunch induced coma (I blame the hot dogs). In the morning the postman brought more Tintintin than expected: - The Broken Ear- The Seven Crystal Balls (with apologies to amipal) - Prisoners of the Sun- Destination Moon- The Calculus Affair- The Red Sea SharksAll in good condition, all pbk. except of Prisoners of the Sun, all in English. Some of them were sent from a book seller in Leipzig, others came from London, one from Blackwells in Oxford. If I counted correctly only three volumes are missing now. ACNH blog: since I don't like neeps in the house I thought I would be okay as long as I kept the number of neeps at 15. I don't like them clogging up the house and so I store them in a decorative turnip patch protected by a fence. Still back to only a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating, because what I didn't take into account was that the daily recipe bottle on the beach also counts as clutter. Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning: I would really, really like to play it, even if Ellen from Outside Xtra, who has done more for the promotion of the game than any other human on this planet, was a bit disappointed by it. But it sounds as if they won't port it to the Switch (they say it's "unique but limited", whatever that means), so I can't play it and they won't see any of my money. So instead I need to get my hype from yesterday's Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity announcement, but that's plenty of hype for me. Anyone else? No? Okay then. Whoooohooooohooooohoooooo! Everyone dies at the end! I can't wait. |
