In other news... games!
My trip in flight sim is borked due to a ms upgrade which means I can’t complete a leg as despite landing at the correct airstrip, the game refuses to recognise it. Expect a 50Gb download to fix at some point. I’ve also found that bridges seem to have an invisible force field under them which has somewhat curtailed my plans to shoot the loops down the Thames.
At this rate I’ll be back in elite and hitting you with WOTs that only cobblers and chumbles might understand.

TV: The Expanse is magnificent. Better than Star Trek, and if it had Londo Molari and G'Kar in it (i.e. credible aliens), it would rival Babylon 5. |

Damn you Chumbles, since our taste in stuff is scarily similar I'll have to add this to the list of things I start watching and never finish, also I don't mind James S A Corey's books. Also to my earlier list I'd add B5 S2-S4 along with Jessica Jones. |

Just been web chatting to an ee call centre person. Her name was 'Anamika' which I'd never heard before. Apparently it means 'without a name' - which if was just chosen by her for work purposes was some quality trolling.
They want a ridiculous amount of money for a pixel 5. Even on frends&family. Sim only and buying outright might be on the cards.

Also to my earlier list I'd add B5 S2-S4 along with Jessica Jones. Agreed; but B5 S1 deserves to be in as well, as many of the plot twists have their starting points in that season. The departure of Michael O'Hare (Jeffrey Sinclair) seemed to free the sequences up. It was only after O'Hare's death that JMS revealed that O'Hare was suffering from paranoid delusions, causing arguments ... No wonder it seemed to feel clunky and O'Hare's acting was off pitch. Rather sad. The epic S4 was essentially 2 seasons plots rolled into one, because Straczynski was faced with the likelihood that B5 would be terminated. That's why S5 has an all passion spent kind of feel to it, as I think the liberation of Earth was intended to be in S5. And I am probably one of the few who liked Crusade, mainly because of the inclusion of Peter Woodward who was excellent as the technomage Galen! This 5 season epic was pulled after 13 episodes And was really pissed that Babylon 5: The Legend of the Rangers didn't move into a TV series. |

Chumbles S1 got me into B5 so I should include it, as you say everything was wrapped up in S4 and S5 is fun but just a grab bag of stuff.

Chumbles just started watching Lucifer S5 and I've enjoyed the first 3 eps., this is a pre S4, (which I enjoyed, esp. Eve), cast PR thing, a bit lovey but fun if you know the show.
