If Animal Crossing let you kill everything I'd be balls deep in that.

If Animal Crossing let you kill everything I'd be balls deep in that. tenthenemy would bury you in neaps for that. Me I would rather, if you could manage it, be spared the constant "I am best at everything" schtick. It may be true, but it's sooo boring... You're thoughtful stuff is interesting and informative; why not engage that undoubtedly powerful mind rather than boring the shit out of us with the other garbage ...

Just let Sheep have it, it’s the only place he feels like a winner.

I'm not best at everything*. I'm pretty rubbish at Fortnite. Anyone any good or who can build will kill me pretty easily. 96.7% of games I lose. I just enjoy the competitiveness is all.
I've always liked competitive games and overcelebrating victories. Mostly though I'm just making the numbers up at anything. I think not being particularly good makes those rare games when you do win sweeter.
* I am.

Also there is relatively little feedback on more thoughtful posts. Games and puns do much better in getting responses.
Plus who wants to be too serious? I've always thought you should take the little interests reasonably seriously and tread lightly on more serious things. It's probably easier to pick up on in real life.

I'll just go and boo myself in the corner.

I ignore anyone with less than 55000 wins at Rocket League. I love games boasting,
You dont mind updating people on your NP stats Chumbles. Your 60 wins are almost worth as much as my 64player win medals x4. And Amipal is best at Amiga games no one else plays anymore.
Animal Crossing Turnip boasting is the worst.

I just realised I have now passed 4k posts. My biggest achievement since I finished skyrim.
Post 4000 was on-topic games chat, and mildly insulting towards another 'boxer, so I'll take that.

I started the Haunting of Bly Manor last night. It was ok, but re-using the actors from Hill House kind of ruined the immersion for me. As did the terrible English accents. It was also very difficult to tell what time period the story takes place in. Not sure if that's intentional or not.

Morning all,
After realising Baldur's gate 3 isn't fully released till next yearI started a new game of Divinity Original Sin EE.
Good fun, I never really got into DOS2, perhaps I will after this one.
In other news my boss finished on Friday and now has 2 months of gardening leave. That's living the dream right there.

Games boasting is surely the lifeblood of this place. For example, I've completed Hungry Horace and two other games involving a character called Horace.

I'm going to start watching Breaking Bad on Netflix. Never seen it before, it'd better be good. It's alright, slightly over-rated. There is lots of family drama filler in there and the organised crime stuff is a bit patchy but the area it really shines is the application of science to solve problems.

Breaking Bad is excellent to start with, but is very repetitive.
