GONY is a big disappointment. Too much ham from DDL.
It doesn't hang together well as a film.
I'm a big fan of the gangster films.
I haven't seen The Irishman yet.

I just realised I have now passed 4k posts. My biggest achievement since I finished skyrim. Post 4000 was on-topic games chat, and mildly insulting towards another 'boxer, so I'll take that. I didn't know that it could be finished? What is amipal doing with all his time spent 'rimming then? I’ve played-through three times as a bashy/arrer-boy across PS3 and PS4 version. Once I tried as a semi-Mage (cheated by using a bow) on the PS3, but gave up after around ten hours. Now playing as a full-on no-weapons Mage, but read up in advance so as to make the character actually playable. The game is completely different as a result. |

The Irishman is a good film. Engrossing.
As good as De Niro and Pacino are in it, Pesci is better.

Don't think I knew/remembered that WOWS was a Scorcese film. It *so* made quaaludes look a lot of fun. In moderation obviously...
I only watched part of the Departed as it was late and needed to get to bed. Might watch the rest tonight.
