OTTM: Started to put my new rig together in the case, lots of tinkering with screws and then I had to stop soon after picking it up as their wasn't enough light in the room to read all the motherboard connectors.

Just bought a bigger M.2 drive for the lappy from Jeff prime day. Stopped myself buying some razer headphones even though they were only 38 down from 100.
Finished The Departed.
Bit more WarchDogs2.
Have the child to entertain today/tomorrow as it's school holidays.

Morning.
Games. Ten minutes on SW Squadrons - the empire asked me to fire on a hospital ship. So I did.
TV - Grays Anatomy - a friend spoilered the whole thing for me on Sunday - completely ruined a fifteen year old tv show.
Work. If someone made me join an 07:30 Teams meeting I would be asking for overtime as it’s outside core hours. I’d also turn up in my pyjamas- and I’d use that overtime pay to buy some pyjamas and turn up naked until the pay came through.

Distinct Partridge-series-two-vibes here today. Got a builder in the porch, lay tiles and sorting skirting. And a carpenter in the conservatory replacing a warped windowsill.
Gamesblog: no.
TVblog: Ghosts.
Amigablog: installed Heretic 2. Had a very brief play.
YouTubeblog: watched the carwow “drive til it dies” id3 review. Most entertaining.

Games: More Forza, ragging a 2014 Rolls Royce around Monza. Lord Sugar was most unhappy, so I shoved him in the boot. Then re-started DOOM. It's a lot more fun when you know what's going on.

OTTM: Some dickwad knocked on my door at 12.30am last night. No idea who or why.

The one benefit Xbox had over PS, games with gold were yours forever. |

Also, sadly 7:30 isn’t outside of my core hours. That does mean I get to finish work at 15:45 though. And at least I’m working from home, so I can still just roll out of bed at 7:20 and head downstairs.

I watched the last half of Scanners last night.
I liked it. Good film. You could say that the main character was badly acted. I don't know. I liked it - I liked his delivery.
