Morning. Who is good with mail merges? I have a huge spreadsheet with many columns, but some of those columns are blank for some employee rows. When I do the merge I want to remove entirely the rows with the blank entry which vary per employee. I have no idea how to do this though without sticking a macro in the word doc, which I would prefer not to have to do. Type 5318008 into your calculator, turn it upside down and show it your boss. |

Can you do it in Excel using Concatenate, e.g. =CONCATENATE(A3," ",B3) etc, so all the text is in one column in Excel? Though my preferred option would be to get someone else to do it for me. I'd avoid using mail merge in Word if at all possible. This was actually Plan B, the problem is it looks a bit messy for when my boss gets it. It would probably work though. |

Put 'n/a' in the blanks, in the spreadsheet.
It's a letter explaining which benefits and perks are available for every employee, if they don't have it I'm not allowed to make them aware of it, hence the need to remove the column. And try picking up a gun in PUBG. |

Cracked Worlds. (Part Of Demon's Souls obsvs) These are bizarre. I ended up playing left handed. You can swap weapons, but you can't change your stance. So you can't play wrong handed in a left handed world. If you try you use a weapon for blocking and a shield to attack. I ran all the way through 2-1 very excitedly only to discover that there are no secrets in 2-1 What on Earth are you on about? Is this a new thing in the ps5 version? Farming - 4-2 is the best. Run to that guy and smash him in, get all the souls. Demons - bbeat the red eyes skelington in 4-1 with the skill arrow, and got the crescent falchion. Top banana. Then went wandering around the secret narrow tunnel only to run into two skellys in a narrow tunnel, not ideal circumstances, got banged. 4-1 chat - can you still roll over the edge of the ramparts on the right when you first get to the castle area? I can’t remember if this game has a jump or not but you could skip half the level with that in the original. |

The 4-1 jump is still there, yes
4-2 farming? Why?
If you are after pure bladestone you needed to souls suck the one skeleton. I don't think you need to do that now.
If you are good enough to farm in 4-2 then just go to 4-3 instead where it is easier, quicker an more productive.

It takes the best part of 99 wooden arrows, so I'd recommend taking some wooden bolts as well. Stand on the steps that lead up to the area where he is. Shoot him like a coward. Try not to get singed or to run out of arrows. Edit: when I did it, the dragon didn't die, just got to about 20% health and flew off, making the area less fatal to access. |

Hi,
Games: Tried to like Starwars Fallen order, but its just terrible. The sliding down a hill mechanic is completely excruciating especially when you have to jump on to a rope at the bottom. absolute pish. Also any kind of jumping, theres one bit where you have to jump across onto platforms with strong breezes that completely make me feel like I want to murder the younglings and embrace the darkside. I did all this to trigger a memory of how to force push, Id forgotten apparently. Not worth it.
So Im sacking it off and keeping my fingers and thumbs fresh for cyberpump 2077

I've been looking into the exciting world of DAC converters. I'm not going to lie, it is well bum. Tiddles What sort of price level? You can get some very good stuff now. I bought a Cambridge Streamer recently with a in DAC which is much better than anything I have had previously. I'd love to get some Chord equipment, but it is so expensive it's crazy. And I'm not sure my speakers and amp are good enough for it anyway. Also a DAC converter is a converter converter. |

Dragons do not like arrahs up the jacksie. You can kill the blue dragon later in the game in a similar manner Also the dragon in Souls 3. There are some in Souls 1 & 2 as well that prefer a good sword to arrahs. The red & blue dragons don't stand close enough to get a good stabbing. |
