That padded cell looks comfy. Where do I book my stay? Found the recipe for my favourite Basque apple tart, for some reason only available in German but looks like this  (the glaze is a mixture of apricot jam, honey and brandy, delicious and very sticky) in order to deal with the surplus of apples without buying a horse. Lunch: too much cheese + too many tomatoes = toasted cheese. |

Anyone else angry about this latest series of Star Trek Discovery? The last episode was the worst yet. I'm absolutely fuming boiled piss angry, and I haven't even seen any Discovery since S1. |

I've got the soundbar working with the new TV! Turns out the optical cable (both ends) was/were not clicked in securely. You have to be Arnold Schwarzenegger to do that, which is OK 'cos I am well fit. Innit.

Found a way to use up the leftover birthday veggies so went large on the balti sauce.
Maybe didn’t look quite as appealing as tenthen’s boob cake, I might have to look at doing a pear version as still have a surfeit of windfalls.
Cyberpunk. Gigs have been gigged, much junk has been collected, and the jappy chap has been dealt with. Trying not to post any spoilers here, so take it from me, I’m having a blast.

As you know, I've had to try and rejig my broadband + mesh + echo / amazon network should have been a 10m, that is 3 x PCs, 3 dots, 3 MESH hubs, 2 routers, 6 plugs 2 lights a printer a smart speaker and an internet radio...
but...
It took nearly 2 hrs to get it all except the printer* and a plug working - printer is deferred until weekend (got to have help) but that plug malfunction is weird and has to be sorted out tonight ... then I had to make / eat food 90 minutes late. I have got to do chores still; tomorrow the podiatrist is due to sort out my feet, then the nurses - a double whammy / double pain / double morphine - it WILL disrupt my games!
*The printer has lost its IP address which apparently can only be provided over USB2 cable direct from the PC. I'm already fooked and there's tons to do...
