It's not an assumption when you know the people involved you pious fuck. You think you know someone. Maybe you are forcing them to meet your social norms? They could be hiding a wild yearning for change, unable to get you to listen. Or perhaps just have slight indigestion due to badly made lunch. |

You have to go to Watford at 11pm, then on a back road to Chorleywood. Pick up 3 and no more than 3 loaves.
Head to Amersham, down to Princes Risbororough. Turn off the headlights and up to Aylesbury. Drop bread off with Chumbles. Then head out slowly past the guards.
Once you are at Bicester you can turn the lights back on.
If anyone asks I didn't tell you.

I became extremely angry earlier - some idiot parked a huge SUV outside my house. They know emergency access is needed, but apparently the Peninsula Parkers* have decided their guests can not only take my reserved visitor's spot but park so that it's nearly impossible for somebody to get a car onto my driveway.
*The PPs park their vehicles in a peninsula down the middle of the road, blocking driveways at this end of the Close.
As I get more disabled and reliant on the civil behaviour of others, so I find that there's an innate reservoir of molten fury in me ... I remember my own mother telling me that at this age she was angry at some level all the time. It's not just at the individuals, but a background anger at having a fucked up body.

Morning! Last grocery delivery before Xmas this morning, containing a reassuring amount of single malt whisky. Ocado is back to no return of bags despite still charging money for them. I know who to blame, although even I think that yesterday's Sunday Times headline was a bit harsh on Boris  Because it's still up in the air whether the Pref.Mam. will be allowed home for Christmas* I had not bought the usual food for Christmas dinner, instead ordering individual pies with a festive filling that at a pinch I can have on my own over several days. They arrived with good use by dates, but unfortunately some mystery fluid had leaked on everything in that bag and I'm asking for a refund. Probably just water, but because the packaging had changed to cardboard out of environmental concerns the damage has been done. Curse you, Greta! If Pref.Mam. is home he can choose between pizza and Chinese takeaway on Christmas Day. Ganes: still producing perfect Snowboys in ACNH, but it's a nerve racking process. Christmas Jumpers: Today I saw this magnificent specimen online. You have met with a terrible fate, haven't you? Wantwantwant  *today he's (hopefully) finally seen by the physiotherapist, the question being how fast therapy and exercise can (literally) get him back on his feet, but at least they've been making the right noises, although there doesn't seem to be a discharge plan in place yet. |

Sad news, my long term female PM friend's mother just passed away last night.
She was 94 and had dementia, a lovely lady.
