Two weeks from now, cauliflower and broccoli could be currency. Not in Scotland, though, where chips will remain the gold standard.

I'm considering buying big in cauliflower. Buy low. Sell high. Ambitions to become the Big Cauliflower Cheese of the vegetable market? Damn straight. Keep some for myself too. I want cauliflower curry on Christmas Day. Well ... a curry with cauliflower in... It just feels right. I crave the spice.

I swear my neighbour's making another meth lab. Dragging wooden pallets in at midnight. Now some kind of electric saw going on. Man...

Enjoy it while you can. Come the new year you won't be able to get the ersatz.

I just shot a bloke in the plums on Sniper Elite 4. To be fair, he was making a lot of noise rolling around on the floor moaning that I'd shot him in the leg.
He's not moaning now...

A shortage of tenderstem? How will I cope? MrsC wrapped the Christmas presents today for my family as they're getting handed over on Wed. I now need to write some large print very basic instructions on using a kindle for my mum's partner. He doesn't have internet so I've preloaded it with a pile of books. He's a two minute walk from a museum with WiFi so I'll talk him through getting more on it some time in January. Hopefully January. If you have the same kindle account anything you buy will be downloaded onto his, if the correct settings are set up. I do this for the Pref.Mam. whose phone is, by choice, a Nokia 3310 3G <edit>Just realised it's the WiFi that is the problem, not the downloading.

"Watch out all you crafters and hoarders: a Cyberpunk 2077 bug is causing players’ saves to become corrupted if the files become too large. It seems crafting in particular can help save files grow to dangerous sizes. CD Projekt Red are advising players to “use an older save file to continue playing and try to keep a lower amount of items and crafting materials” to avoid the problem, because once your files are corrupted, there’s no getting them back.
“The save file size limit might be increased in one of the future patches, but the corrupted files will remain that way,” a support page says.
While CDPR don’t give hard numbers, some players report that saves become slow to load at 6MB, then past 8MB they become corrupted and won’t even load."
You can check your size by looking in the saves folder, which will usually be C:\Users\yourusername\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077.

Cheers Felice. I've got his email/ kindle account details as I set it up, so I can email stuff that will Whispersync. In theory I would buy or email stuff for him. He goes to museum, gets on WiFi, books appear. Jobs a good un. His sight is getting worse and he's into history stuff - so being able to increase the font size is a help.
