Sad news, my long term female PM friend's mother just passed away last night. She was 94 and had dementia, a lovely lady. life sucks. Condolences. Apparently that POSH etymology is a myth. The other one sounds legit tho. Most of those "well known" ones are backronyms. How will I cope?
MrsC wrapped the Christmas presents today for my family as they're getting handed over on Wed.
I now need to write some large print very basic instructions on using a kindle for my mum's partner. He doesn't have internet so I've preloaded it with a pile of books. He's a two minute walk from a museum with WiFi so I'll talk him through getting more on it some time in January. Hopefully January.
