Letter to America Our blond twin leaders, Trumpet and BoJo, continue to fuck up our respective countries. Our BoJo's heart is in the right place, but his head is stuck so far up his own arse he thinks entirely with his gut. And Trumpet because he is so busy finding ways to blow himself that he doesn't mind crippling US businesses and fucking up its citizens celebrations be ensuring they get nothing for the holiday. His latest incipient veto could have been avoided simply by talking to his own party's negotiators, instead of forting up in the Shite House. Both continue to egregiously distort the powers of privilege by ennobling party donors and granting pardons to criminals who conspired to conceal the perversion of the democratic process. But let's be honest, these guys are amateurs compared with President for Life Sputum, whose agents have been dabbling in the clothing market with their own line in underwear ... SputumPants - FSB Special Edition
Complete with a picture of Sputum* for FSB guidance and a laundry phone number for whitewashing after use. Give them a bell. *The ultimate dickhead.

And whilst wasting an hour of my life, I found something to remind us that “There's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for”

Today is my Friday. Last day until the 4th of Jan. Its pointless being logged in if I'm honest, all my clients are already on holiday and all of my studies are finished or waiting on data.
Still, if they're going to pay me to occasionally look up from the Switch to see if anyone has emailed me I shan't complain.

Also my last day. Had a meeting at 9 a.m. but it's been cancelled. I unfortunately have to pick up a huge task my boss dumped on me on her last day.
Weather: Misty and somewhat mild.
Games: Got proper mullered at Fortnite duos, everyone else was an Anonymous level 300 plus player and it was brutal.
Telly: Some more Expanse, OK so far.

Turned on my vacation mailer the other day to indicate that I am on annual leave for 2 weeks, since when 2 people have called me on my mobile to sort out their shit because they 'realised' that I had only done that for show and that 'obviously' i am not really on holiday yet. Just typing that has made me furious all over again.
Telly: War of the Worlds ep 1. It was ok. A bit slow. Not enough aliens.

I watched the first 2 episodes of 'The Thick Of It' last night. Lovely stuff.

Also, Naval fans, my niece's PM serves on HMS Diamond. He's off to Norway for a fortnight pissing about on manoeuvres.

When the out of office is on, you're to all extent and purposes vanished off the face of the earth, that's just basic.
Hopefully Rolling at least muttered the line, "well, did you not think to send this to me sooner?".

I today is my Saturday, as is the rest of the week. Fortunately the game truck has delivered a truckload of games and i have free rain on the tv for the day.
In other news, rod hull is in short supply, and I’ve sworn off the coffee for a few days due to some gastrointestinal administrative issues that arose. Decidedly low energy today.
Tv - queens gambit. It really is top banana, highly recommend.
Ottm - wet out

It was my personal mobile, which admittedly they already legitimately had. It wasn't The Man handing down instructions either. It was just thoughtless bastards trying to make their problems my problems, which they now have. There is a lot of discussion in my workplace about boundaries and overwork etc, and (would you believe it!) these are exactly the people who would kick up a maelstrom of shit if it had happened the other way round.
Games: Apex. Two wins.

Morning!
First the French sticking in Le Boot and now Vacation Mailer. Poor Amipal.
Demon's update: Did 4-3 Monday night and 2-3 last night. I have 3-2,3-3,1-3,1-4,5-2 & 5-3 left apparently. Started 3-2 upper latria but didn't last long, wasn't feeling it. Back tonight hopefully. Instead I watched someone on YouTube with BUFF magic skills breeze through an entire level just chucking magic shots. Think I'll try magic if I ever do a second run (you've not finished this one yet Tuffers!).
OTTM, Cold weather approaching tomorrow, down to minus 2 according to the forecast. Heating cranked up. Poor Greta.

Games: Apex. Two wins. I was on holiday a few years ago, and being the good Christians* myself and Mrs Zord are we were visiting the local cathedral. During the visit, my phone went off. Dear reader, it was not on silent. My ringtone at the time was Gangnam Style, not the usual musical fare for a mostly silent cathedral. I didnt answer, just flailed in a panicked motion to try and switch it off before I was struck down by the almighty. Twas a colleague, who knew I was on holiday, asking a question he could easily have figured out for himself had he not been a thoughtless inbred quarter wit. I rather gave him a piece of my mind once I was somewhere I could swear loudly and extensively. * not really. We just like visiting historical and cultural sites because we're just SO COOL.

Hello all.
Just today and tomorrow to work, and then off for Christmas. It appears that very few of my colleagues are working, so it is very quiet and very boring.
Gamesblog: -
TVblog: The Expanse and The Office. All of the The-s.
OTTM: my roofers still haven’t returned to do the finishing touches to the kitchen roof. And we still have building materials on the drive and a pile of their rubbish on the front lawn.

Funny Karnak story.
At night, they put on a "laser light show". Its fucking garbage, dont bother. That's not the funny part. While we were sitting through this boring mess, I couldn't shake the feeling I'd seen it before.
It wasn't until a few months later we happened to be watching The Spy Who Loved Me, and there is a scene in Karnak where Bond is fighting Jaws in the ruins at night, and the EXACT SAME light show is going on in the background.
TSHLM was made in 1977, we went to Egypt on 2008. 31 years apart, they really got their moneys worth out of that one.
