I guess Johnson is obeying his Alien masters. Let's hope they abduct him soon...

Morning, looks like the Democrats might be taking Georgia, and Mitch McConnell’s reign of terror will soon be over.
Which is nice.
Games - Wolfenstein New Order, escaped an insane asylum, fought my way through a checkpoint to catch a train. Next I’ll be breaking into a prison.
Curtains - spending far too much of my time ironing and steaming them, trying to get creases out. This moving house thing has raised a whole bunch of new things to have to deal with. Still, it’s a nice house and worth the effort.

Hello. Blergh.
Been told by email to manage my work round my childcare. My actual line manager isn't back till tomorrow so we'll see what she thinks of that plan...
TV. Started S8 of Spiral.
Games. Bit of hot trebuchet action in Tomb Raider. Bought Tony Hawk's for the laptop on the cheap. Good fun.

Morning all.
Ten - sorry to hear about the PM. My Aunt is just about over the worse of it, but she was stuck in bed for a few weeks.
Games: Another squad victory in Fortnite and then mullered in PUBG duos.
Weather: More snow here.
OTTM: Looks like we are keeping kid 1 out of nursery so I will have to work around 2 screaming kids and fed up PM for the next few weeks.

Morning all,
Gameschat,
For any Medieval 2 Total War fans out there I recommend the StainlessSteel mod. Found that it works on steam so started a new game as the Byzantines.
6thFormPoliticsChat,
Dems take the Senate? Might be the dog that caught the car. They'll be a huge expectation from the left of the party if they have this. Biden will have headaches...

Morning all.
Gamesblog: none.
TVblog: up to date with Discovery.
Amigablog: I’ve installed Cinema4D in my desktop A1200 from an old Amiga Format coverdisc (CD). It’s an older version than the boxed version we bought, so while I was able to get things rendering, the tools behind it all are that little bit more archaic. And I’ve also realised it doesn’t use the FPU in my system. Which really slows processing!
Workblog: partner and I have been working from home since the first lockdown, and are now back to the childcare-sharing schedule due to third lockdown. It’s going okay, but does raise some headaches when I have to deal with major server issues first thing. Like today.

1) Snow, a small amount but it is snowing. I bravely trudged to work through the blizzard 2) Foxes I saw 2 of them this morning bravely trudging through the blizzard. 3) Midweek football We are not playing midweek this week. That is nice. 4) Coffee 5) That is it.
Bad things
Pretty much everything else

hi
Games
Yes. I played Fortnite with a boon friend from my school days. It was odd, because we won. We won the second game.
Television
Cobra Kai.
Food
A basically tasty but uninspiring curry dish, and a starter of Sainsbury's No-Pork Belly Bites.
7/10

I was going to write another sentence about how I expected you to come in and harsh my buzz with talk of bots.
Sadly ... anticipating something happening does not stop it from happening.
Thanks for harshing my buzz.
I have come close in PUBG. 2nd I think (though in a duo).

Morning.
I'm downloading Forza Horizon 4. I really fancy ambling through the Cotswolds in a Morris Minor, stopping for the occasional cream tea and a scone etc.
TV: 24 hours in Pleece Custody. Well worth a watch. 4*
OTTM: Going to the Bank today, masked up, no shooters.

Why would Fortnite bother to put the noobs up against bots, when they could just put them up against Sheep and me? We really played to our weaknesses last night. Shambles. I enjoyed it.

The advantage of not really playing as a pair was that there was a chance for one of us to survive a bit longer.
I particularly enjoyed the moment when you discussed going into the north bit of a circle. Then once I had set out announced you'd gone south*.
Much like our chances of winning.
* To be clear this is an example, it is not a comprehensive examination of your terrible play.

Pre ordered a takeaway for NYE, it finally arrived an hour and a half late. Because it was NYE, had a tip ready for the guy. He turned away with a mumbled “happy new year” before I could give it to him. Guess he wasn’t that bothered. I’m more likely to tip a takeaway driver than a UPS/DPD/Yodel driver, not entirely sure why. Maybe because my takeaway doesn’t end up chucked in a hedge usually.

I would tip a takeaway driver, though I don't do it so much these days because it's all online.
I look after people who give me good service. That's what I say when I give a tip. Locking eyes and pressing my money firmly into their hand.

The Forza Horizon 4 locations are a bit shonky. In Edinburgh for example you can shoot about Princes St/the mound but when you head down Hanover St towards Trinity and the PM's old house you get so far and there's a random hill instead. It's still good fun though.

It's still good fun though. I don’t think any racing game can really achieve one hundred percent accuracy with real locations - the racing would be shit, for a start. Unless it was a racing track, of course.
