Leftover chips chip-butty.
PM is on a fridge tidying mission in readiness for a big-shop. Everything out of date must go.... probably in the same meal.

Just been hitting the home gym...
Bench: 12 reps of 60kg
Squat: 10 reps of 60 kg
Both twice.
Nearly back to full strength.

I have just been to see an ear specialist. I went into the heart of London's west end. It was ok ... Nice to get out.

ChumblesHopefully they'll get more doses in soon. I was surprised on the news last night when they said they've done over 7m first jags. More than I'd assumed by the chat

Work chat, most zoom people are either on their own at home or on site. A few have cats and have only had 2 instances of these improving meetings. It seems like today was the day everyone went for a drive at half seven or a lot more people are now essential workers who can't be home. Lunch was chicken and other fridge bits in wraps. Hot sauce mayo worked well. Do people still take their one walk outside a day or has that stopped?

Weather has been shite so not really other than the shop for milk or bananas. Or Easter eggs. Hmm. May have to go get another Easter egg tonight.

I was surprised on the news last night when they said they've done over 7m first jags. Any of those Jags belong to lazybones? Vaccine role out is one of the rare successes, mainly because it’s been left to the NHS to get on with it.

Afternoon I've just watched the Fall of Civilisations podcast Episode 8 The Sumerians - Fall of the first cities on YouTube, Epic viewing if I say so myself. (2 hrs 27 mins 48 secs long) positive 4+* The thing that was supposed to happen yesterday that was put off until today has been put off until tomorrow hence my viewing time of the above, so now I must find new things to fill in the blanks, such as obligatory reading/not reading** the blog, grinding my coffee beans (no not that) and of course drinking more coffee as I am behind on my quota. OTTM: more ST TNG, The Expanse. thats all. peace

I was once walking home - a slightly different way to usual. I got into this square - dimly lit. A police officer with an assault rifle watched me pass by. Another two raised their heads from behind a fence*. Two mysterious characters disappeared into an alleyway, watching me as they went. I got home and looked up the name of the square, and it was where Tony Blair lived.
Tony B. Liar.
* It maybe didn't happen quite like this.

Despite his reputation as a Bad Thing, it must be a bit thrilling to be in the presence of someone like Tony B, or even to pass by his residence. I should know as I used to live near Duncan Goodhew, and Vernon Kay was once rude to me in a pub.

just on the off chance you might have interest here's the trailer: Thanks for the link, will try to find time to listen to it, although this type of thing often gives me high blood pressure when I disagree with stuff. I've listened to snippets and already was getting the feeling that he's projecting too much of the modern Western mind onto his subject.

Why do civilisations collapse? ...
Disease. The grain runs out.
I read The Celestine Prophecy once. It said that the Maya civilisation collapsed / disappeared because the people became too spiritually aware and began to vibrate at such a high level that they literally turned invisible.
Perhaps it can be ok to burn a book.

Morning high level vibrators!
Just starting to get my vim back after a week of feeling particularly rough. May go for a BDT Thursday tonight to really get things back on track.
If you hate yourself I thoroughly recommend the Balan Wonderland demo. Looks atrocious.
Hearing top things about Hitman, it may warrant a purchase. I never really got the old hitman games back in the day, and that put me off their new renaissance. This new one sounds top banana though.
Anyone been on that RE 8age NCD? It looks very witchy.
TV - Winterwatch - Badgers.
