When the storms get up in Valheim it's quite something. The waves are impressive. Even standing by the coast. It's like 'The Horn'. Cape Horn.

Tenthen, any good non Nintendo game recommendations? Although buying a switch does sound a good plan. Work is still going, hot desking/hot officing is very confusing. Having to use someone else's lab bench is even worse, everything should be neat and ordered. Thank you for asking for my opinion before purchasing a video game. Most of the games I would probably recommend are languishing in my backlog. From personal experience, if you haven't gone down the Dragon Quest Builders 2 rabbit hole yet, then it is a thoroughly recommended rabbit hole. Or play Hollow Knight. Everyone should play Hollow Knight. From the backlog, I have never heard anyone who has played Hades not gushing about it, but if you haven't got a Switch you've got to play on PC because it's not on other consoles yet. I'm also very intrigued by Outer Wilds (not to be confused with The Outer Worlds) which has Majora's Mask-esque gameplay. Admittedly anything Majora's Mask-esque is probably an instant sell for me. Alternatively you could jump onto the Valheim hype train? It does sound good. Also, hot desking/lab benching in the time of the plague? That sounds a bit risky as well as annoying.

The frequent power cuts in our area are a distant memory after they finally repaired that faulty cable a few years ago.
The only hardship I had so far today is that the wind undid the latch on my bedroom window and blew it open. Though it's probably my fault for not fastening it properly.
Ham and cheese muffins for lunch.

Pretty good, thanks Kane. All major utilities are functioning, my RAID 1 and other computer equipment are working, and I just made myself a delicious cheese, tomato and onion omelette for lunch. I remember food, the taste the smell oh and the texture, overtones of bacon butty and ketchup with hints of homemade burger, topped off with fried tomatoes and egg, what memories. stomach for sale, just needs feeding regularly, going cheap yours for a bacon butty!

BLOODY DRILLING NEIGHBOURS GAAAGGGHH
Croydon is known for power outs especially since the main grid are EDF systems. I don't know what the future holds Energy wise now Croydon is bankrupt and we've Brexit-ed, also I gather Ofgem are looking into the Energy companies for overcharging customers.

I'm mad: to take my mind off stuff I'm playing a Neptune's Pride quad - 15m a move 24/7 - a strategy games on amphibians (oops, different discussion, amphetamines)...
Oysters et al. Don't be sho shellfish. Seriously, anything you shovel uncooked, without tasting the flesh is not only a waste of money, it's also a spectacularly stupid health risk. A bit like fox-hunting: the unspeakable in pursuit of the uneatable...
I have cooked oysters and eaten them with spinach and crispy bits of bacon and croutons and a little splash of dark soy. It might as well have been poached chicken (I was given the oysters).
I do like crustaceans though - potted shrimps are stupidly addictive. Lobster is overrated, besides being ridiculously stuffed full of purines (as are scallops, organs, beer and anything high in fructose) and so a wonderfully effective gout trigger .

Woh woh woh. Easy Chumbles, easy.
To be fair, I stopped eating oysters for a long time after I wolfed down a plate on my birthday one year, accompanied and followed by a variety of alcoholic drinks ... I've never been so sick. Explosively sick. I was at a theatre and I had to push my way from where I was sitting. It was like a geyser.

I was explosively sick after I'd pushed my way out.
Terrible. Beached on the toilet floor like a salmon, gasping for air. Or an oyster, torn from its shell. Cosmic retribution.

The only thing that would be unconvincing is if he phoned up claiming to be from Microsoft Customer services. Even I know that MS Customer services is not customer facing.
Plus I am happy to sign up to fight Zuck and Tim Cook.

I've just been on a Covid Conspiracy website.
Terrifying!
Then I saw the same website has predicted Prince William to be crowned in 2013, and named Leader of the New World Order two years later.
Phew.

This NP2 game is ridiculously fast; I'm out in front by a margin after 4 hrs = 1 up to 10 stars and 17 Science. 3 guys obviously missed the start notification and are on 1 centre... these guys will turn into sleepless fucking robots tearing the shit out of everyone in 8h... I'm yellow circle ...
