And an opportunity to go Yeti-hunting without international travel?
I'm only joshing, really. Everyone hates the Orcadians.
I’ve just had a cursory look on the internet and, actually, there don’t seem to be many monsters / ‘cryptids’ based in the Alps. There is the Tatzelwurm ...

You are the Wokefinder General, and I’m reporting you for abuse.

Lunch blog: Quick stir fry with noodles, prawns (real ones!), peppers and egg.
Ganes blog: 3 1/2 hours of streaming more Trails in the Sky. Such an excellent game. If you have a PC and haven't played it yet, what are you waiting for?
This only left enough time for some minimal crossing out animals. After the cutting board breakthrough the game seems to be ready to give me other elusive stuff. Yesterday I discovered my first purple pansy, followed by that other white whale, my first blue rose. Usually I'm quite hands-off with breeding hybrids and let it happen organically, but this strategy had failed me for these two variants. Now, finally, success! I was never able to grow blue roses in New Leaf.
Weather blog: I was slightly shivering while I read the headline about Britain being hotter than Benidorm. I was wearing a wool jumper and had the heating on.

I am surprised there's no yeti / sasquatch hominid equivalent in the Alps.
I always thought belief in wild / ape people just satisfied a sort of ... psychological need for the wild - for the wild in human nature ... That they were just projections of the wild animal self and so fairly universal ...

I want my stolen hour's sleep back.
I stayed awake until 4 this morning brooding on the injustice. Well reading until 2. Then I couldn't sleep.

I had a bowl of spaghetti with kale, creme fraiche and cheddar.
It was phenomenal. A taste sensation.

Heston Blumenthal prawn cocktail and toast, nice but not worth the price.

Some fancy bread with brie and salami. I passed on the prawn cocktail Pringles as I think they have been giving me headaches recently.
I also did a weird diving mission in Cyberpunk.

Sweet quoting.
Cheese sandwich for lunch.
Too many zooms.
Edit: a Co-op cheese ploughman's sandwich, with crisps and a can of pop. It was not a nice sarnie. The crisps were Walker's prawn cocktail. The can of pop is none of your business.

Jeff has done me over. Big time.
I ordered some mini egg things on the 13th March to replace some that were bought for an Easter egg hunt. They were supposed to come last week and the delivery was delayed till Wednesday. The original ones mysteriously vanished late one night during some mining for diamonds.
The PM being too organised for her - ok, *my* - fucking good decided to put them somewhere else in advance of Easter Sunday and they weren't in the place I put them.
TLDR. I'm in the shit. Fuck you Bezos, Fuck you German chocolatiers.

You people, this place.
TVblog: watched some more Babylon 5 last night, another three episodes. Bester was introduced, a suitably complex villain.
Amigablog: The Settlers. A call game.
Filmblog: watched Steam Boy with the boy. It could do with being 20 minutes shorter. Some wonderfully realised steam-based contraptions.
Carblog: does the government EV grant include or exclude optional extras? The details are not clear on this.

Top Tip: Go to Sainsbury. Buy a couple of packets of mini-eggs and scatter them all round the house. Job done

The children probably prefer cheap chocolate anyway. And if your wife scoffed the expensive stuff that is her look out.
You should tell her that.
